Hello there. My husband and I are on the Jan 20th cruise as well. We are coming in a couple of days early too. This is our first time to this port/area. 

What about HMC? I am booked July 19 and there are no excursions listed for this port. There are excursions for Miami and Nassau listed. I want to rent a cabana if they haven’t increased the price too much. Since it’s their island there shouldn’t be any issues.

According to their website, Feast at LELE is opening Oct 31. Looks like price is $148.

Thanks, I am wondering what will become of the famous Hawaiian luaus. Certainly standards will have to be changed, such as no more buffets and less people. Any thoughts? 

Hello,  We are doing the 7 day NCL cruise in May, I hope. I looked into doing the land portion with NCL, but I thought it was way too expensive. Also I wasn't so impressed with their choices. The cruise leaves on Sat, we fly in on Wed. I am planning our own itinerary for much less.

Hello Sirenitas, we are booked on NCL in May.

We were there oct 2019. There were 3 of us. The taxi was $15 each way for the 3 of us. They didn’t collect any money at the entrance. Our waiter came up and gave us our wristbands. We ordered nachos, an order of tacos and a large rum punch. I think the total was $33. We gave him a$10 tip and there was no mention of the $3 entrance fee.

I would highly recommend this place. It was so clean, plenty of chairs in the sun and shade, and the pool is beautiful. We are going on another cruise in 2 weeks and will be going back to Paradise beach.

Another vote for park n go. They can't make it any easier. They're so friendly. We have used them 3 times. We do self disembark and are easily on the road by 8:30. Would never pay to park at the port in port Everglades.

I have used park n go 3 times. I can't say enough good things about them. From the time we got through customs to the time we were on I95, was 20 mins. And they're really friendly too!

I know what the website says that is why I was asking if that was really the case.

I also read that no jeans or shorts are allowed in any common areas in the evening. Is this really the case? So I can't wear shorts to the buffet, or go to the shows in my jeans?

How about the dress code? Do they really not allow shorts at night? I read that for common areas but the buffet is a common area.

Just got off the Sunshine yesterday. I didn't have an issue with the ship, even with my room flooding, as I did with the staff. The CD Jamie IMO is awful. She is more worried about performing herself than her guests having fun. To me there was not enough going on. And where was all the staff that you usually see cleaning? I was in the buffet and looked at the windowsill and it looked like crumbs from at least a month.

Has anyone been to Memories or Taino beach resort? I know Taino is $20 a day, how much is Memories? I think Taino looks nicer but Memories might be easier to get to. Any thoughts on this?

Can anyone give me a review on the Taino beach resort? How much was the taxi?
