Sailed MS Eurodam in November 2017. Best. Cruise. Ever. Beautiful large bathroom with a tub. Very comfortable bed. Food was amazing. Loved tea at 3 pm. Entertainment was great. Very relaxing cruise. And I won $$$ in the casino.

We are on this ship soon. R605 is our cabin. Hoping mattress was replaced! Hubby and I both have horrible back problems.....

Was out with friends tonight and of course we were asked about our TA. My friend went in a Princess cruise a few years ago to Australia. One port was cancelled due to bad weather. Everyone automatically received a 25% refund. THAT is customer service!
