  1. Seems like they have sorted it now and I’m on Iain’s number.  I’ve asked celebrity to issue a new membership card with my name against the number.

they are also sorting out the email issue.  It seems I may have opted out at some point, probably because I thought saying ‘yes’ again would lead to duplicates.  Maybe that’s why others aren’t getting mail either.

  2. My cruise history is ok, but my loyalty number shown is actually my late husband.

This is still after a protracted e-mail conversation with both Azamara and my travel agent.  I have email saying they have fixed it, but still not correct.

  3. We have been mainly on Quest with Russ as the Cruise Director and would endorse the comments, by far the best director we have had. Can't speak about Eric as we have not met him. Unfortunately we had Tony at Christmas and were not impressed at all. Sadly we have him on our next cruise..

  4. While I'm quite sure no one booked an Azamara Cruise for the laundry or internet perks, they were a nice perk. In the scheme of things and certainly the cost of the cruise, they amount to pennies. The disturbing point in all of this is that it seems that loyalty is no longer appreciated. We are booked in March next year (number 6) but after that unlikely we will cruise with Azamara again. sad as we thought we had found our niche.

  5. Having read AzamaraJoel's comments I'm more confused than ever!!

Like most of the folks on this thread the only 'perks' we really used were the internet and laundry .

We are booked for next year and based on what we are seeing that will be it for Azamara.

Love the small ships but inspire of how great the crew is, this is just not 'value for money' any more.
