    The REAL word if language actually meant anything would be Ensure, not INsure but that would ruin the acronym so people simply ignore the erroneous syntax either out of convenience or ignorance. In the past when I was younger, this subtle distinction bothered me to the point that I would actually argue it with people. These days, not so much. LOL

     

     

     

    As one grows older, ‘Ensure’ has more relevance. 🤣

    Some have reported confiscation of the ones with the tiny foil/wax blade. We bring the cheap screw that nests in a tube which doubles as the handle. Alternately, you can ask the room steward to bring one to you I believe.

    Dog on ship

    On my last cruise in April, there was a man in the MDR with a yorkie. My girls were thrilled to see a cute dog and surprised that it was a service dog. Apparently the dog is trained to detect sugar high/low based on the mans breath. I thought that odd, and once I came ashore, I googled and sure enough, there are service dogs for diabetics .
