I had my card demagnetized at least 7 times on my 15 day cruise. My card didn't work when I got on the ship. After the 5 time my husband carried my card and it still happened 2 times. The only difference between our cards was that I used mine in the casino.

We got an upsell from an inside to balcony but no upgrade.

We were just on the Star a couple of weeks ago and I only went there once but didn't notice a smell. We didn't stay long because it was so warm there. The only place I smelled mildew is in my stateroom bathroom. It wasn't horrible but it was there.

What is the best deck for a balcony stateroom in your opinion. After searching it seems deck 10 caribe would be a good fit for my mom and dad because it is half covered and half uncovered. Just want to give them good options. Thank you

We originally booked an interior cabin B746 for the Oct. 26, 2017, 15 day cruise on the Star Princess. We were offered a balcony cabin for $336 a person. We took it! The total price including the upsell is still $350 a person cheaper than you can book it right now.

How would I go about moving my booking to a TA? I currently booked direct with Princess for my Oct. cruise and would love to make sure I get the best deal. Thanks

We had the opposite experience. The post office was not helpful at all. We called and they told us what time to come in so we did. There was only one lady at the front and she refused to do our passport because the post office customers were first and she didn't want to fit us in. There wasn't one customer when we were there. She told us a "better" time to come in. As it turns out a better time was before her shift started. The nice post office lady worked us in between customers. I was told when you are renewing a child's passport it is as if they are getting a brand new, never issued passport. So you need both parents and birth cert. The passports were processed in about 3 weeks. I am not looking forward to doing it again in 5 years.
