  1. I used City Windows for 2 tours.   The nigh time tour was great and showed the undergroup.  The daytime tour included the underground, arena floor and top level.  The view from the top was great.

  2. I used RomeCabs from FCO to IQ Hotel Roma and from the hotel to Civitavecchia cruise port.  Both trips were excellent.  The drivers were early, very professional and friendly.

  3. We just completed a tour with Barcelona Day Tours https://www.spaindaytours.com/barcelona-tours/barcelona-and-montserrat-tour/

Excellent Tour!  The guide was great and the attractions visited was very comprehensive.  I was surprised how many sites we visited in one day.

They also made it very easy by picking up and the cruise port and dropping us off at a local hotel.  I highly recommend this group and will book them again.

  4. I will be on the NCL epic soon and porting in Cannes.  The only excursion available now is a 8 hour tour to Monaco & Eze.  I am looking for something to do in Cannes that does not take that long.

Are there any stores or sites within walking distance of the port?

Are there any tour operators that you have used that may offer a short tour?

    Thanks

  5. Hello,

Do you have any recommendation for one way transportation from FCO airport to a hotel in Rome?   My hotel is 550 meters from Rome Termini.

Is the train to Termini the best option?

Do you have any private car transfers that you have used and recommend?   I have considered a private transfer to make it easier the first day in Rome.

    Thanks!

  6. Do you have recommended tour companies for each category:  Entertaining  and Academic

I am expecting to learn some on most tours in Rome since there are some many historical sites.

    Thanks

  7. We will be staying in Rome in November for 4 days.   Do you have any recommended tour guide websites that you have used?  We are starting with the Coliseum and Vatican on our list of must see.

  8. The FAQ page on the website has a link to cruise passenger tips: http://www.broward.org/Airport/About/Documents/Cruisebrochure2011.pdf

It says some airlines offer luggage checking at Port Everglades after the cruise. Does anyone know which airlines offer this?

I would like to find a way to check or store my bags after the cruise then spend the day in Fort Lauderdale without the hassle of baggage.

    Thanks

  9. The soda package has the following on the NCL.COM website:

Applicable beverage packages must be purchased for all guests staying within the same stateroom for the entire length of the cruise.

We will have 3 guests in the room but only 2 will want the soda package. I am not able to drink soda and don't need the package. The website lets me select the package for just 2 people and skip the 3rd. Will this be an issue later? Does NCL really required it for all people in the room?

    Thanks

  10. I am ready to purchase a 7 day cruise that I believe has the following policy:

CRUISE CHARGES Cruise Rate$1,877.00 Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses$429.75 Total Cruise Charges$2,306.75

Is total fare at risk $1877 or do they also keep a portion of the taxes if you need to cancel?
