Need the time frame for using valet luggage from Ft Lauderdale. Is the starting time 2:00 PM? I need to make airline reservation with Southwest.

Planning cruise next September out of Cape Liberty. Is there transportation from Baltimore to Cape Liberty?

Kept after customer relations to get valet luggage, the airline was Southwest it took until the last day around 6:00pm before we got it. We were on Eclipse returning to Ft Lauderdale traveling by air after l:00pm.

Both Celebrity and Southwest said it was not their fault. Air Tran had valet luggage service which is owned by Southwest. We have contacted both companies, we were unable to get the problem solved. I believe, if you usual travel Southwest and want to use valet luggage when returning from a cruise, you should contact both Celebrity and Southwest and express your concerns.

Does anyone have information on stateroom 1249. Any information would be appreciated.

What is the distant from the cruise ship terminal to stop 2 on the hoho tour bus? Is there some form of transportation to stop 2? My husband has trouble walking.

Has the rates gone up for the private tour guides in 2012? What is the average tip for the guide?
