Yes, I booked ES! I believe my anticipated excitement stems from the possibility of receiving OBC and finally understanding how ES works. LOL.

Mind you, This is only my second cruise with Carnival and after reading all the posts regarding ES and the perks, I would call everytime I saw a lesser rate for the cabin type but not category. I was disappointed each time I hung up the phone because I just knew in my heart that we hit the jackpot and would be able to deliver great news to the others traveling with me. (sighs), you live and you learn.

For a price drop lol. Booked the Carnival Live June 15th sail date and mock booking shows almost 100 interiors and a little more than 100 balconies still available. Accurate? Who knows but I have a good feeling that I will be sipping a lot of "Kiss on the Lips"!

Has anyone ever booked a guarantee and was disappointed with their cabin assignment? I want to upgrade to a balcony at a discounted rate but afraid I might end up on deck 2. Please share your experience.

For those who have stayed here can you provide your personal assessment of the hotel and customer service? Is the hotel centrally located to shops, restaurants? Walking distance?

My family will be cruising June 15th aboard the Breeze and arriving the day before. Any suggestions on hotels in close proximity to the port that allows you to keep your vehicle on premise and provide shuttle services to/ from the port? We are looking for a nice, clean and reasonable hotel in walking distance of shops/ restaurants. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your responses. I should have been clear with my latter comment. Does a side compliment the entree or do you to purchase them? I can't imagine dinner served without but want to be certain.

which elegant night offers lobster tails on a 6 day cruise (Breeze)? I want to make reservations for the steakhouse on a sea day but not tge same day lobster is offered in the main diningroom.

Also, the sample menu for the steakhouse does not indicate whether or not side dishes are offered with the entrees.

To anyone interested in purchasing FTTF for Carnival Breeze June 15th sailing there are 9 spaces remaining as of now! I've already snagged 7 of 20!
