Looking forward to our March cruise on the Edge.  Will have to weed through the comments and then plant my own garden of thoughts.  I will have to say that I do love the Reflection and if the Edge is to "edgie" for me, it will not stop me from booking another Celebrity cruise.  Right there with you TeeRick.

An Edge Single (6143) just became available for our 12/16 cruise and I reserved it for a solo friend. The website did indicate that it was an obstructed view. So ironic that this new category and the new Panoramic OVs are marred by such a negative!

Yes, ironic - booked a "panoramic view" 6227 during pre-build for a March cruise. Took the 500 - gonna stay put, but would think that this beautiful full window is a waste of a panoramic style window.

We just found out today that the cabin we booked last year with the new floor to ceiling views ( I think is was vista panoramic) is 50% obstructed. Did not know this when we booked as ship was still not completed. We have been compensated, but was wondering where Cabin 6227 was located.

Anxious to see the follow ups to this page and if and when St. Maarten is up and running. Cruise in March with an overnight there.

Sailing on NCL Sky 10/24, Nassau, Freeport, and Great Stirrup Cay. After seeing reports of hits, anxious to see how ports were affected. Will post when we get back, as I am sure others will as well.

Thanks for the review, just booked the Sky after 16 cruises with Carnival.

We just booked as well. Sailing Oct. 24th. Looking for things to do. We have been to the Bahamas a couple of times, this is just a quick little escape since we live close to ports. Hoping the weather will cooperate.

OK so I know I can use my Carnival Rewards to get OBC on Carnival - but is it possible to use Carnival Rewards to get OBC on Princess like they do with the stock options ?????

Also, I know that some clubs run drink specials on Princess (from Alaska cruise) --- Does anyone know about any specials prior to comedy shows (or other) on the Emerald. Sailing Thanksgiving week.
