Make sure you are on the correct website. If you booked from Canada or the States then you need to be on mscusa website. Your booking number should work there. The European website doesn’t recognize North American bookings.

Thanks for the suggestions, will try the US website and fill names. It's strange that their systems are different for different countries- surely a reservation on a particular sailing should show up anywhere?

Hi, I've just received my confirmation from my agent. I tried entering the confirmation number and names etc exactly as it is on my confirmation but the site keeps giving me an error that the booking can't be found!

Anyone else experience the same problem before?

Thanks for the advice. Looks Like I'll use my Canadian passport and book a tour.

I am a dual passport holder (Canadian and South African) traveling on a cruise to Schengan (Denmark, Finland, Germany) areas and Russia.

I will enter Europe with my Canadian passport as I do no require a visa to enter with that. I will use my South African Passport on the ship as that doesn't require a visa for Russia whereas the Canadian one does. Would this be ok? Would every Schengan port need to see my Canadian passport also or do they not check Schengan visas at every port once you've entered the Eurozone? NCL have stated I can only use 1 passport on board.

Hi- this is my first post :)

We are booked on the Fascinosa on 25 June from Venice.

I've previously cruised on the Norwegian Epic and could prebook my shows, dining etc.

Does anyone know if this can be done with Costa. We are said to only receive our documents 21 days prior to departure.

Also is it worth purchasing the all inclusive drinks for my kids? Are the soft drinks on board expensive.
