  1. We've done the "W" suite guarantee 4 times and have gotten 2 JS's and 2 GS's. As the others have said, you will get at least a JS.

If you don't mind me asking, now that five years have passed. What have been the odds for you now? We booked a W stateroom for adventure next month and still have not gotten our stateroom assigned. All of the junior suites are currently sold out, there are only 2 grand suites left, and 5 owner suites left. NOW THAT would be awesome, getting an owner suite! #WishfulThinking

  2. We are booked on the Explorer out of Seattle. The departure time listed is 6pm. I'm not in any hurry to get on board - I'm actually hoping to have my son go to school that day since we live 10 minutes from the port - when should we plan that we need to be on board? If we do decide to board earlier, when are rooms typically available?

Like someone has previously stated, the time the rooms typically open up is around 1PM, sometimes a little earlier, sometimes a little later. While I understand you are in no rush to get on board, I'll say this. The amount you paid for the cruise is the same whether you board at 11am or 5pm, so you might as well get the most out of your cruise fare. Our very first cruise 12 years ago, we noted that the ship left at 5pm, so we got there at 3pm, and by then majority of the passengers have already started their vacation, so you might as be one of them. Plus, whats one day of school in the grand scheme of things? Excited to see you on board! I'm excited for this cruise as I graduate college two days before!

  3. I agree with you. If you look at the pictures the souvenir cup is still there. I would hope that means it is still included, but you never know. Another great job by Royal  Maybe they are just trying to save space on the page

I'll be leaving on Explorer May 16th during her inaugural Pacific Northwest cruise and I have the premium package purchased (say that ten times fast), so I'll come back after and let you know if it still includes the souvenir cup and sodas!

  4. .......included in a regular Premium Drink package, as apparently only Sodas from the Soda Gun are included. Fair enough I think we all know that a can of RB would cost more than soda gun Coke.

However a Vodka and Red Bull is allowed when served as a spirit and mixer.

Therefore Mr Barman, please give me a Vodka and Red Bull, with the Vodka on the side, which I will then pour away.

No it does not make sense to me either

This happened to me on Independence back in January! The bartender just laughed and said he doesn't understand it either. I then asked can I get a red bull with a splash of vodka, and he happily obliged :D
