We were in Roatan about a year ago. At the dock, around back where the tour buses were parked, there was a window where you could get your passport stamped. We hurried to our bus, and I never did get my stamp. I wondered if little places like that charge? Anyone know?
I too want my stamps! I have my great aunt's passport from when she took a trip around the world - nearly a 100 yrs ago. It is Wonderful Fun to look thru!

The sooner the better? We dislike the Elation. Hope the Triumph is much better!

What I want to know, is why they always start dinner and leave the dock at the same time? Swaying glasses, and woosy people, sigh. That means you should start taking your pills a day or 2 before the cruise. I use to follow the 4 hr directions, and still get sick. It needs longer to build up in your system! That said, I think with pills, you should be fine for short rides on boats or buses. What always worries me is the tender! Some are much worse than the land transports. If I may suggest, take a little mp3 player loaded with music and a set of earphones. The music in your ears, will distract your stomach. Sympathetically....

I see pie ala mode listed as a dessert choice for the table each evening. What KIND of pie?? Is it a plain ol' apple pie? Or does it change each evening? Do I get a whole pie or share one? Rather odd.

We looked at the laundry list in the cabin, and figured it was going to cost $65 to have laundry done for us! So on a very quiet day in Port, we did it ourselves for $4. Just check to see if the particular ship has a self-laundry or not. Usually there is also a tiny pull out clothes line in the shower for socks and undies done in the sink.
Passport Stamps?

For those sailing on Carnival, there is a small window for passport stamps, around back toward the parking lot where the tour buses park in Roatan.
