Hi All! we are doing an Antartica cruise on Sapphire Princess. Currently booked in one of the "sideways" interior cabins on Aloha. We have the opportunity to bid on one of the Premium Oceanview cabins which I believe are the forward-facing cabins on Baja and Caribe that have the obstructed/limited use balcony? What say you wise and helpful folks, especially any of you who have been on an Antartica cruise?

Regarding the showers on Deck 15- can these be used by all guests or only those who have a spa treatment? Also, is there a Thermal Spa package offered on the Sapphire? Thanks! Hope you are enjoying you cruise and thanks for all the info!

Hi fellow helpful cruisers! We are going to be on the Sapphire Princess and unless we win an upgrade bid to balcony will be in an inside (A507) cabin. It's the first time in an inside for us. It's been years since we have been on the Sapphire so I cannot recall if the Spa has showers that can be used by the "public" or can they only be used in conjunction with a Spa appointment? Also- is there a Thermal Suite that can be purchased for the entire cruise? With the close quarters of our cabin it may be nice for one of us to use the Spa shower on occasion. Thanks in advance for any info!

I am not sure if the process has changed in the last few days but I submitted a request for Shareholder credit via email to sbpcl@princesscruises.com on 10/26/23 for an upcoming Jan 24 cruise and the OBC was posted to my account within 5 days. I attached a completed Carnival corp & PLC shareholder Benefit Request form and a copy of a recent Broker Statement with personal info blacked out but showing name and # CCL shares owned. In the Title I noted Last Name and Booking #.

Hello helpful cruisers! We are on an upcoming Antarctica Cruise on the Sapphire. When we were on an Alaska cruise ( also on the Sapphire!) on the last day of the cruise you could purchase a collection of photographs of the entire cruise that were taken by the photographers. It was a great collection of photos of all the ports, scenic cruising and all the excursions. Does anyone know if this is offered on an Antartica Cruise and if it is included in the Premier Package?
Thanks!

Hi
Can anyone on the Sky currently or recently provide info on what wines are available under the "old" Plus-50 plan? Are you stuck with simply Red/White/Rose or are there some "named" wines available? Also was the cutoff $12 or $15 per drink. How about the Good Spirits cocktails, are they included in the "Plus -50" ? My husband loves his Glenfidich with Glenlivit as backup- just curious what the price for these are now?
Thanks so much for any information you can share 🙂

Would love to see some of the wine and drink price lists! Curious how the transition of the new plus and premier packages are impacting that. We are boarding Sky on Saturday- wanted to do this cruise too but it does not get back to port until 15th 😞 Thanks- looks like I don't have to tell you to have fun 🙂

Curious if you can and how much it costs to "upgrade" to the new Premier Package if you have the "old" Plus package that was part of your cruise pricing? Also, everything I see shows the new items effective with sailings Feb onward, We are sailing Jan 14 on the Sky, will the new perks be included on this voyage?

We are on this cruise as well and sooo looking forward to it! We just relocated from MA to FL and are so happy to be able to drive to the Port! Hope to see you on board!

Hi All! Very excited to be boarding the Regal tomorrow for our first post pandemic cruise!
We have the green lane with group A -Yea 🙂 but do not have our medallions- 😞 boo. Can anyone tell me how we deal with that at check in? Is there any expedited lane just to obtain medallion or do we have to get in line with others that do not have Green lane status?
Thanks

Hi all on board the beautiful Regal! Just curious how many on board this week and if there is an estimate of how many for next week. Also- how has availability of the Sanctuary been? We were supposed to be on this week and next but had to cancel this week 😞 We will be on next week and keeping fingers crossed for Sanctuary spots 🙂 Thanks and have fun!

Hi Geoherb
Thanks for the live reports! We are getting excited for our time on the Regal Feb 19- March 3! I have a question on the internet- is there an either net outlet you can plug into in the cabin or is it only wireless? Also, how is the internet speed?
Thanks so much!

They must have fixed or changed something because I am 50 days out and was just able to select arrival group! I also now have "proceed to Blue Lane" 🙂 I still can't get a green check on payment method but worst case will deal with that at check in!

This happened to me back in November and I am pleased to say the $500.00 deposit has been credited to my Future Cruise Credit. It took about 4 weeks and I am fine with a FFC.
I was just happy I did not lose it completely.

Anyone else having difficulty adding payment method on Medallion? I had a cc added but it expires the same month we are traveling so the system kicked that out and I now am not "green" for that step. I have attempted to add a new card multiple times and have either got the message- cannot do that now try back later- or looks like the new card is added but I still show as not "green" also when I try to add my husband it does not allow that??

Hi
I know someone here can provide a little information 🙂 I booked a cruise and paid $500.00 deposit. The last day to cancel with no penalty was 11/14/21 which was also the last day to make full payment otherwise the booking would be cancelled. 11/14/21 was a Sunday with no Princess customer service hours. I looked at the cancellation policy and figured if no payment by the 14 booking would cancel as of the 14th so silly me I just let it cancel. Cancellation policy stated there would be a $500.00 cancellation fee if cancelled as of 11/15/21. When I received the cancellation notice they assessed the 500.00 cancellation fee. This does not seem correct. I did call Princess yesterday and after about a 1+ hour hold spoke to a woman who said it would be returned to me as a future cruise credit and that it would "take a while" for that to be credited??? Again, this does not sound correct and I am worried she was just trying to get me off the phone! Has anyone else run into this situation and how was it handled by Princess? I know I will use a FFC so that would be ok but I just want to make sure it is actually coming.
Thanks!

Hi
Regal Princess M727
Has anyone stayed in this cabin? It is an Aft balcony directly under the Horizen Court. I am curious about noise from above and also if there is a soot issue?
Thanks

Thanks for posting! My sister and I are on the 4/20 sailing. Weather looks good. Is it warm?
This is probably hijacking this post but we also will be on the 4/20 sailing:) I am LOVING this Live from and it is making me so excited for our trip! The Pub crawl looks fun, I was thinking of maybe coordinating one on our cruise!

Hi All We were just offered Medallion Net on the Coral Princess departing April 20. My question is can multiple phones and devices use this. We are fine if only one device can use it at a time. I just want to make sure it is not limited to one device. Thanks
-
I was wondering if anyone who has sailed on the Coral recently can provide info about the offering of the on board wine by the bottle package? We will be sailing on the FLL to LA Panama Canal cruise in April and are in a dilemma. If they offer it then we probably would not 🙂 need 🙂 the unlimited beverage package but if not... when you add up the coffee, water and a few other drinks during the day and pre dinner then we probably should do it 😯 hmmm the big dilemma! Thanks for any input!
-
If you were on the Coral recently did you happen to notice if they held any Happy Hours or if they offered the discount package for bottles of wine? I know these seem to be offered only on some ships/voyages so I was curious. Also, what was the availability of Sanctuary spots for sea days only? Thanks in advance for any feedback from recent voyages!
-
What is open on the ship during the transit? Fat Albert mentioned no service available for refreshments??
-
Has anyone recently returned from the Coral Princess Panama Canal voyages? We will be on the East bound in January. Curious about best days to do UBD and interested in what you liked or did not like. Thanks!

On the Sapphire I am pretty sure the "Premium Oceanview" are a small group of 5 cabins on both Baja and Caribe under the Bridge that are forward facing and do have a forward facing balcony. They are restricted so cannot be used when underway and you need to draw your curtains at night.
