We are due to sail the end of next week. My wife has been testing positive for Covid for the last 5 days. How worried should we be? She doesnt want to lie on any health questions.

The last time we cruised out of Fort Lauderdale 5 years ago, Hertz had a location at (or near) the Crown Plaza which offered a shuttle bus to the port. It looks like the Hertz location is now across the road (Federal Hwy) nearer the port entrance. Does the new location offer a shuttle bus to port? The Hertz website doesnt give any indication that it does.
