am I right in that this gratuity service charge was included in our free at sea complimentary drinks package cruise cost?
-
Hi
Looking for advice, we have the free at sea drinks package free when we booked. We often sail with rcl and had drinks package. My question is do ncl charge gratuity on the drinks we will have as not had this on rcl.
Thanks in advance

How was the sail away, was it a party experience on deck as we are used to p&o we have not experienced a princess as this is our first with Princess cruises. I do love a live from and thankyou for keeping us informed. My family and friends are going on Emerald on your return so look after her please! Enjoy your cruise and have fun 😃

Hi, Are carnival sailing from Southampton in school holidays 2016 please?
-
Thanks so much we are not a fussy family where food concerned but we were on as rc last year and thought the standard had dropped. We have been with p&o before and thought p&o food has a better fine dining experience. Also rc entertainment was also a little poor. We are looking forward to see for ourselves. Thanks again

Anyone who have just came off, what's food and entertainment like please. We sail on Sunday 🙌

Aww brilliant thanks. Just to press a few items probably for formal nights😉

Hi was wondering what deck the laundrette is on the ventura please

Yes thank you louth bowler sounds like a plan. Cheers all

As I said he will be going to formal nights in trousers but casual nights surely as a child this should be ok. I have been on many cruises where grown adults have worn denium Jean shorts to dinner.
-
I have a question on teenage formal nights attire, do they insist on black tie for 14year olds?
Another question must he wear long trousers to dinner or will taiolored chino shorts be ok on other nights rather than formal?
Thanks he is driving me mad:confused:confused:

Just came off her, the staff are a credit to rcl. We were on her same time last year and afraid to report food and entertainment had declined since last time! This didn't ruin our holiday as the vibe and buzz it had was fabulous.

I'm not Robyn but hope I can help.
You can take 2 bottles of wine or champagne onboard per cabin. Worked well for us as our kids were in a separate cabin and since DD is 18 she could have 2 bottles too!
Sorry I don't have any bar menus as the wine was enough for us and otherwise we don't really drink.
We only disembarked this morning at Southampton so if there is anything else you want to know then ask away!
oh thankyou we are not huge drinkers but we are looking whether its economical to purchase the drinks package.
my husband likes beer/lager and I wine and soft drinks, it was just to work out an average consumption as to see if worthwhile or purchase as we go so to speak. we are going with my son aged 12 and parents aged 75 so from Southampton suited us.
I do hope you enjoyed are you doing a review?
many thanks
