I have just run into this for the first time. I booked a carnival cruise last may2022, that I want to cancel and I get an email from my agent saying the deposit is non refundable.

the cruise is 13 months away! I’ve never run into this before. What gives?

We will be spending a Saturday night in Barcelona during the Festes de la Merce at the El Palace hotel. I am looking for suggestions for a roof top bar or restaurant that may have a good view of the festivities.

Our flight out on Sunday is early, so we won't be having a "late" dinner.

We are disembarking a cruise in Barcelona and I wanted to fly out around 5:00pm, but I'm only finding am flights. Am I out of luck? Will we have to stay overnight?

Either one of these a good choice for travel to Europe? Flew British Air coach before. It was dreadful . Any suggestions would be appreciated. Leaving from Baltimore/Washington area to Venice.
