We use it also.  But for underwear, t shirts, sox.  We suspect that it all gets thrown into one machine so anything that can bleed or be ruined doesn't go.  I did notice that they now say on the sheet that items will be pulled if not wash and fold and be done separately at a separate charge.  So if you're sending that tux in the hopes of a free dry clean, forget it (yeah, I have a friend who tried that. The tux shrank and he raised holy hell to get it replaced).

I had to laugh about the tux, but I'm sure he wasn't too happy. I have intention of sending formal clothes.

I am only using the line in the shower for very thin things. Otherwise I have used a hanger and clips. But this time I am using Magnets from th ceiling and a octopus clothes dryer. It is from Amazon. Very snall and light weight, but will dry T-shirt’s and lightweight pants. I always ring the clothes out in a towel before hanging to dry. I usually wash things out after the night service.

This sounds interesting. I will take a look. Thank you.

  3. For anyone who has used the $25 for a bag of laundry, (may be higher due to inflation),  while on board, how has it been? Do you only put in certain fabrics? I know the laundry on ships are very strong, or do they use smaller regular machines for guests laundry? Trying to determine if we want to chance using them or just pack more, as we won't be home for another week after the cruise. TIA
