I hear you on the difficulty of finding a cruise where you can eat healthy; especially for us Vegan Nutritional people. Almost impossible so far and we have not seen anything for EU.
There are some travel/gourmet dining trips for Vegan but no cruise except the Holistic Holiday at Sea (every year for the past 9 years) but currently it goes only to the Caribbean.
Actually I just found out that the folks at 'a taste of health' (http://www.atasteofhealtlh.org) who put on the Holistic Holiday at Sea are checking into a Mediterranean cruise package for next year (2013).
If you find something, please message me! We would be interested! As more concern over dietary health & wellness increases I hope we see more Vegan cruising options!
