We've been on her 4 times, just got off 2 weeks ago. I can't think of anything that is "NOT TO MISS", it kind of all is? We enjoyed the comedy shows, and as always the schooner bar!
-
Been on FOS 3 times in the last 3 years and I've never seen this.
-
Gotta pay to play
-
Great more drunks.
I'm not sure how self serve beer machines equals "more drunks" but whatever
Will be interesting to see how they play out. I bet RC is trying to balance the load on the bars and avoid more people waiting in line just for a beer.

I've paid nearly the same (within $50) for the last 4 cruises we've been on. It took waiting, mock bookings, and calling this year to apply OBC offer but if you're willing to keep checking/work a little for it you'll get a decent price.
-
They're the same price either way.. Unless they change the price between buying it online and buying it on the ship, you'd end up paying the higher (new) price if you waited.
I think the premium is probably the best bet if you're not into coffee, teas, and fresh juice and just are buying it for the alcohol / soda / water..

I'm pretty sure our captain on FOS a few years ago did the same thing... Can't recall who it was now though.. but it kinda stood out and I remember it. haha
-
That would be incredible.. Maybe when I hit the lotto

Another vote for Nachi.. We've been there and to Mr Sancho's and we preferred Nachi! Great relaxing day with not too many people around you.

Alcohol and sun :D
But really, if you're into activity based stuff the sports court on FOS is normally pretty active on sea days. I remember years ago they did dodgeball but that was the only time I saw it. They normally have soccer/volley ball/basketball stuff going on, and of course the flow rider and rock wall are also great fun.

I'll be on FOS next Sunday.. and have a drink package.. Hope this thing is live by then! :D

A lot of people have allergies now too and are bothered by pet hair and smell. I'd have no problem with it if they had their own special area that was out of site and mind but the whole idea of taking a cruise for us is leaving everything behind and getting away from reality. To each their own I guess..

We don't do the MDR at all. Not our thing. We eat later in WJ when it's quiet, or book a specialty restaurant. Lot of people seem to really enjoy it though, to each their own!

I asked for it last year and got a confused look. They still don't seem to carry almond milk either

We've been on FOS 3 times and were going again in a couple weeks. This will be our 2nd time doing the eastern route and we prefer it to the western. Less port intensive, and a little more relaxing IMO. Never really had any complaints about the ship, always been easy on and easy off at the old terminal and the new one only sounds better. We had Richard Spacey as a CD the year before last and really enjoyed that trip, he was awesome.
Overall though, fantastic ship, little crowded at times in certain places but we can always manage to wander off and get away. Go for it! ;)

Terminal 1 has a nice new parking structure.. cost more obviously but convenience outweighs relying on others when I'm ready to go home lol :D

Is this real? I can't..

Best of luck, hope everything works out for you guys.

Labadee is an awesome lay on beach and do nothing day.. beautiful there!
-
We did portofino last year and loved it.. Plan on trying giovannis later this month!
-
If no one on the ship was willing to confront them I'd go do it myself, and in the nicest way possible. That way I was positive they knew for a fact they were wrecking someone elses vacation. Good luck, hopefully it gets resolved for you!

Bunch of rain and wind.. If you can get here earlier and stay by port you'd be better off. At this point it looks like the PC area has about a 40% chance of even seeing tropical storm force winds. Of course all of this could change if it shifts furher east/west. Just keep an eye on it, they'll have a better idea what its doing this evening.

I did one July 5th for our Sept 20th cruise and it's 100% legit, all through RCI with people that have never cruised before. Still stays pending.. We'll see what happens :D

We normally do inside because we spend very little time in the room. We had a promenade room last year on deck 7 because I snagged it at an unbelievable price. I enjoyed the people watching abilities from the window and it made the space a little less claustrophobic. Wouldn't pay the premium they charge for it though, we are back to an inside room this year.
Never done an ocean view, can't comment!
Deck 2 is quite a ways away from the WJ / Pools and top deck stuff.. something else to keep in mind if you plan on doing stairs that's 8-9 decks to hike each time :D

Few weeks ago on FOS we saw a couple with full plates from the WJ eating in the Arcadia theater.. I personally couldn't care less, that just seems like a burden to carry that crap around and eat in a movie theater style seat lol
