We were on the Oasis sept 2012,while aboard we purchased an next cruise certificate, which we used for our upcoming allure cruise next month. It's been so long since we purchased it,and don't remember if OBC,was part of that deal.Are OBC usually part of the deal? If I called RCI would they have that info? I booked through a TA,but rather not go through him,because wasn't happy with him.How can i find out? THANKS

The most economical way to get Euros is to use an ATM when you get to Europe. If you have the right bank card (Capital One is an example), you can do this with no foreigh transaction fees and no ATM fees.
