  1. Internet: $20 off a package OR on free continuous 24-hour period of internet.

    Photo: one free print.

Thanks for posting this, as it's the exact answer I was hoping to find... Do you know if, to redeem the 24 hour "credit" we need to do anything, such as go to the guest services desk, etc, or should it automatically get credited to the account? NBD if you aren't sure, just thought I'd ask!

  2. You are all wrong....

    The tastiest drink?

...is the first one on board!!:p

I could not agree more!!!!! :D

My favorite is the Love Connection, although I've read mixed reviews about whether or not the bartender will actually make it for you anymore. It's Mango, Strawberry daiquiri and pina colada. mmmmmmmmm!!

  3. We recently had this same scenario. Last May, we cruised while I was expecting, and we wanted to take advantage of the onboard booking for a future cruise. We asked about this to a few folks, and received a variety of answers, from you can book as "TBD" or add the 4th person later. I tried booking "TBD" online, and I could not, as it required some information to be filled out. I did not desire to put fake information in online.

We ended up booking for 3 ppl, intending that once DD was born that we'd call back and add her to the reservation. After she was born, we did just that, and we had no issues with them adding her on to our reservation, at the price we originally booked at. One of the crew members at the future cruise desk when we originally reserved said this is how it would be handled. The lady we spoke with when we first called said she wasn't sure, as she had never done it. I do believe she had to speak with her supervisor on how to handle it, but there was not a word about it being a the prevailing rate, etc.

Again - just our experience but wanted to share! The cruise we booked in May 2015 is for Nov 2016. Talk about taking forever to get here! Booking so early let us get what we think is a really great deal, though!! :D

  4. Congrats! It seems you're not the only one that got visited today - I've noticed a few other comments as well! I sure wish they could find my reservation... Oh well - it's still vacation and we'll have a blast no matter the room!! have a great trip!

  5. We have had a hard time finding milk sometimes, so would tend to grab a few extra at breakfast to store in the fridge for later that same day. If we were in the WJ at night, though, and asked for some milk (since it was not displayed), we never had an issue getting any.

We've successfully taken juice boxes on with us in the past, and will do so again!

  6. I would definately get some Euros or be prepared to use your credit card to handle the conversions. The only place that I saw taking dollars and speaking any english was just off the ship in the welcome area. If you crossed the parking lots behind the welcome area towards town, my experience was French and Euros only!?

The store we went to was back in the town. It may have been one of the few stores that accepted USD that we just happened upon. The lady that helped us spoke a little bit of English, enough for us to communicate.

  7. We just did this cruise... We stayed on the ship in Martinique (only got off for a quick peek at town) but one of our fellow cruisers did a tour of a run distillery, I believe. He said it was really great. I'm not sure if his expectations were low, or what. We were on the Jewel, sailed Nov 23. Is recommend checking out our roll call - maybe he can give you more info!!

  8. Thanks for sharing!

In Martinique were most items marked with prices? Going to have a down day here as well, but would like to get a little souvenir. We plan on getting some Euros before we leave. Probably in over our heads but it shall be an expereince. :D

We were on this trip too. We only found one souvenir shop (we didn't walk around for long or wonder too far into the city) and they did accept USD. Nothing was marked in USD, though.
