We too have NCL's basic coverage....75% towards a future cruise.

As far as I can see it would be of the 'Cruise fare' only - in our case the line is C1,526.71 (times 2) would be $382~ per person.  Plus the cost of the insurance ($159 per adult)

All the additional fees and taxes and pre-booked excursions would/should be refunded as they are refundable? 

Kids key card question....

Is there somewhere we can get a hole punched?  Or should I bring a puncher?  I got us lanyards to keep the keys on - hoping it will minimize the chance of a kid loosing it :)

We are doing similar in March.  Hotels everywhere were $$ but we got a decent rate in Miami right near the port (we fly to FLL on the Friday morning and my sister flies to Miami later that night)

I am having a harder time getting us back to FLL after the cruise.  Again, my sister flies out of Miami the day after.  But we have a 9pm flight in FLL.  I can't find a shuttle to take us from their hotel to FLL. 

Lyft/Uber?  Big difference in service or price?  We will have 6 - so will likely need 2 vehicles.

Tagging on to this - where can I see what the gratuities are for each item?

Yup - that is DH and I in the pool! We just floated around in front of you for a good hour!!! (I am also a head in your ocean pic!!)

Put it in any carry-on bag without the box in a pill bottle. Pack the box separately and empty in your checked bag. Replace it when you get your bags in the cabin.

I was going to suggest taking it out of the ring box (if you do want the box for the proposal hide the empty box deep in your packed case!). Find a velvet baggie or something. In your laptop/camera bag's inner pocket (zipped!).
