Yeah how i said.. i´m just interested in. Forgot that it´s on... yeah it could be. But on 20 balconies... on many ships? Maybe. I don´t know if there is a definitive answer..

I often enjoy sitting outside late into the evening, reading a book.  That is especially the case when the weather is nice and warm outside.  (If there isn't already a lounger on the balcony, we request one the first or perhaps second day.)

 

I've been known to fall asleep out there, and... no one disturbs me.  DH will leave me in peace if he's ready to turn out the lights, and I'm already "out". 🙂 

Sometimes I've just nodded off briefly and will soon start reading again.  Other times, I'm asleep for hours.

It's actually very nice to enjoy those warm breezes... it's a part of sailing that I love!

 

(I do this even when I'm in plain view of the Bridge - we like forward cabins - and the officers don't seem compelled to send someone to make sure I go inside and sleep in some more conventional way.  Or turn out the light.)

On the Port Everglades and Bermuda webcam there is a really good view to the balconies. 

And cause i m 6 hours forward i see these balconies at 3-4 am. (Ok in Port Everglades the passengers leave the ships.) And i dont see anyone sleeping on the balconie. 🙂 Maybe i´m blind? 

But i understand your chilling situation 😄

good morning i have often seen in webcams, passengers have lights on on the balcony at night. But the cabin is dark. I assume passengers sleep. Is there a specific reason? superstition?

I'm just interested. i don't need light on balcony when i sleep. 😄

Next year we are going to be on the spring TA with Edge. I Hope they will not change Bermuda to azores.  Bermuda ist one of the reasons we chose this TA. Changing a port just because of these simple rules is stupid. Anyway lets hope and see.

as we booked our cruise in april 20222 we were happy captain Kafetzis is on the apex. Well I've read Kafetzis is going to opening the beyond. I'm a little bit disappointed. ***** happens. Anyone have a thought who's following? Someone have a look into the future with the crystal ball? : D

I've been watching the progress of Beyond. Her delivery was supposed to be at the end of this year but has been pushed back, as you pointed out. Imo, her delivery won't be until the timeframe X announced. I'm waiting, impatiently, for X's big reveal on Beyond and for bookings on her to open up !

yes we wanted to do transatlantic spring 2020 with him then at some point captain kate (I have no problem with her!) came and then corona. Since then, Celebrity has been using kate for promo. 
And captain costas has disappeared from the screen. It´s sad. Anyone know something? 

And in terms of beyond... i think she will be finished in the end of this year.... - finger´s crossed 😃

1) Where is captain costas nestoroudis? is he still working on a ship from celebrity? After the  debut.of edge.. i doesnt read anything about him... just captain kate.

2) Celebrity Beyond: The shell of the ship is near finished. do we see here in winter 2021 in the high seas? I know the expected delivery is in the second quarter 2022... but.. look at the shell 🙂 Let´s look into the crystal ball!!! :D

Hello Guy´s, we have a stop in la spezia. We would like to see Florence. Traveling by train can be time consuming and stressful.

We would like to see the city on our own. That's why we don´t prefer a celebrity tour. Are there alternatives for a transfer to Florence and back to the port?

I found a transfer that would take us to florence and pisa, but we don´t want to go to Pisa. We don´t have enough time in Florence. at this transfer.

I think you misunderstood me I dont need an ocean view I want a hotel to overlooking the harbor (we leave with edge terminal 25) I also pay max $ 300 but I Dont want to pay $ 700 for one night thats to expensiv.... 

The embassy suites is fully booked :-( and the marriott harbour is too expensiv for one night in fort lauderdale :) 

We are on the transatlantic with celebrity edge in April 2020. The hotel we wanted was fully booked (Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina). Also, the Hyatt Pier 66 is fully booked. DAMNIT. Is there still a hotel with Port view? We would like to see the cruise ships from hotel room.

What about the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Hotel. Can we see ships there?

or someone has another suggestion?

The people were very nice at the hotel - wish we could go back again in 2 weeks but they were booked.  I'm sure you are a H Honors member, but if not, if you join you can get free Wi-Fi. Enjoy!🙂
