  1. Celebrity has no reason to copy MSC due to it's already known presence. MSC is still creating a market for it's ships. I don't think you'd be sorry to try MSC. We did in 2015, and are going back in November. I don't know your status on X, but on MSC they will match to their status. Elite will mean Black card on MSC. You must apply for it, because it's not automatic.

    Just got a reply from the TA, and they confirmed that the premium package is included. Furthermore thanks to posts on cruise critic, there is a way to confirm that you have received the perks: Go to My Celebrity sign in, Manage reservation, click order history and you should see the beverage package and internet package. Gratuities and OBC do not show, but should be listed in your invoice.

  3. Yes, I guess you should be fine. Print that communication and bring it to the ship, though, just in case. The package should also appear in your booking when you click on "order history".

  4. I just crosschecked the English version of the website and it looks very different from the German one I am used to. There I cannot find the info saying Premium Package.

    I am not sure whether I am allowed to post a link to the website in here, but I probably could take a screenshot?

    Not too familiar with the forum rules yet.

    Or I can send the link via private message.

    Sorry, of course you get the Premium Beverage Package and other amenities

    because you booked the Go Best package.

    Si I guess we should be ok?

    I just checked on their German website, there it clearly says Premium Package if you book the GoBest option (but it doesn't indicate a value, although it does for the classic in the Go Better option).

    Maybe it's something that got lost in translation.

    I also booked there and they usually answer requests within a day or maximum 2.

  6. Hi we are booked trough a German agent and choose the Go Best option, they tell us now it is a classic drinks package included, as far as i can read on X website, in a Go Best package it should be a premium package, anybody knows for sure?
