Same for the 9/7 Bermuda cruise on the Sunrise - offering 100% future cruise credit but we didn't finish paying the cruise off...will it just apply what we paid to a future cruise then since we didn't pay 100%? Sorry for the dumb question, this is new territory! :)

I second this, what stateroom did you have with the faulty A/C?

My in-laws are on the Splendor right now, and they called a few minutes ago saying that the sushi bar has been replaced by the Taste Bar, and that the Mongolian Wok is down due to electrical issues, but that's expected to be temporary. I'll let you know if I hear more! :)

Hey guys! Does anyone know if Carnival will get a new ship in November, since the Splendor will be repositioning? Though Carnival is sending the Splendor to Miami and discontinuing year-round cruises for NYC, they say that there will still be seasonal service...does anyone know what ship we will get? :)

Does anyone happen to know if it would be too late to get FTTF for an April 10th Splendor cruise? Doesn't say sold out, but doesn't say it's for sale right now either...

Hey guys! First time posting, lurked forever. Just letting you know that this is 100% for real! My wife and I just booked over the phone, and got an 8 day Eastern Caribbean from NY on the Carnival Splendor...Cloud 9 spa interior to boot! It was only $284.14 before we prepaid gratuities :D

I'm not sure why we got this, but we are stoked and so grateful! I saw speculation on another board that it was for casino high-rollers, but we aren't gambling folk...last cruise was this past June or July on the same ship, my wife played the penny slots for maybe 5 mins, won $30.00 and we cashed out for the rest of the trip. LOL! And to think, we almost didn't check the mail today!

My best friend got the same letter in the mail, and he blows ridiculous amounts of money in the casino every time...so who knows what the criteria are :)
