Hello everyone,

I searched but could only find threads on booking with OBC.  

Booked the Aqua Trax excursion at Half Moon Cay for 9am.  Wanted to book a clamshell but it wouldn't let me stating conflict with another excursion as it shows a time for the clamshells at 9am.   I booked the first excursion with OBC (my cruise is after March 15) so it gave me the option to use the OBC we had.  There are other times for the jet skis at 11 so my question is....If I cancel the Aqua Trax excursion to rebook at the later time will the onboard credit go back on my account? Has anyone done that yet since the using of OBC to pre book excursions is still new.

I emailed shoreexcursions@carnival.com to ask but haven't heard back from them yet.

We just received our tests for our Sept 18th cruise.  To do the telemed do you just log in the day you want to do the test and wait for someone to answer or can you book it in advance for a specific day?

I was on this same sailing. My issue with the spanish was that the activities director Alex would have whole conversations in spanish and would not translate in english so there were moments where those who don't speak spanish had no idea was was said/what was so funny/what was going on.

Love the itinerary and the ship was great. I did find the activities lackluster and there were times we struggled to find things to do. Same trivia topic 2 days in a row. Also the shows...very old fashioned in my opinion. Cruise director was just so so...I've been on other cruise lines where cruise director was all over the ship. This time only at the major shows.

I saw this and thought i'd share on this board. This makes a great kiddie pool. And you can just throw it out when the day is done.

When you got the taxi did you tell them you wanted the jolly pirate boat tour? or did you just have them drop you at MooMba Beach and was it easy to find where to meet?

I was debating whether to do Jolly Pirates or Mi Dushi and after reading your report we're going to do the pirates. :)

I'm going on the 9-22-18 to 9-29-18 Freedom of the Seas crew. My wife and I are getting in a few days earlier and are staying at the Hyatt Place San Juan/City Center for $150 a night. It looks like a beautiful hotel and can't wait for the entire trip.

We are on the same cruise and staying at the same hotel. :D

So i'm trying to see if sale prices are less than what I originally paid for my cruise. With the new site I can't find anywhere to show what I booked at, that I have insurance purchased or even a payments made screen. I can see things like my excursions and drink package in the cruise planner but no other payment info. I of course didn't print the initial page showing my booking. (first time ever that I didn't). Am I missing something?:confused: :confused::confused::confused:

You can't have carnival opened in multiple tabs (browsing windows). It's not an issue because of an upgrade or anything. If you are looking at bookings in one tab (window...whatever you want to call it) and attempt to open another one and try a different combo it will give you that message. I remember that happening to me a long time ago so it's not a recent issue or anything. They just don't like you to be trying mock bookings in more than one browsing window. Just close out one tab (browsing window) and everything should be fine.

We have done family t shirts since the kids were 3 and 5. They are 17 and 19 now. It's a tradition. The last few years our daughter draws us (universal she made us superheroes, disney she dressed us up as our favorite characters) I am going to have her draw us as caricatures this cruise vacation. Making t shirts is part of our vacation planning.

It's probably just a place holder. When they do the excursion page they just put in some default code and then change it later with the correct excursion name/price/details. They might be getting ready to add more excursions.

Submitted the form today at 2:00 for an upgrade to panorama from lido (my category is sold out so I can only upgrade) as it was 90.00 cheaper. Received new cabin confirmation at 2:58 (so 58 min later). They kept me in same lido cabin but reduced what I owed by the 90.00. I wasn't expecting to hear back anything for at least 5 days so was surprised it was so quick.
