  1. Which ship? We got a visit form the upsell fairy a couple of years ago that put us into a very-little-documented "Owner's Suite" on the Carnival Imagination.

I felt like I was in a large condo at sea. The cabin was beyond enormous.

  2. That's an upsell. Upgrades are free.

Whatever it was I'm happy with it lets call it 50% upsell 50% upgrade since if I would of booked it the total would of been $3400ish with taxes and insurance.

We got it from Carnival for $2058 total, taxes insurance and fees included :)

So it was still around $1400 less than it would of been normally

I paid more for our August balcony room on the Conquest than I'm paying for a Suite on the Magic in a week and a half, I'm good with that

  3. So ny wife calls me and asks if Carnival has called me, I told her no why???

She tells me she just got a call and offered a suite for $500 total with no extra taxes...

So needless to say we are now in a $3400 suite for right at $2100!

We cruise on the 17th, and I can't wait as we've never had a suite .

  4. How is the food in the Red Frog? Is it worth paying extra?

On the Magic we ordered wings and something else (can't remember what ) and it was good and prices seemed cheap (compared to the rest of the ship anyways) :-P
