  1. just came back from cavetubing and zipline with cavetubing.bz. It was a great trip and our best excursion ever!! Butts Up and others did the same river and cave for tubing. We didn't have to carry our tubes and equipment was good. Can't speak specifically about ButtsUp but many of the other groups carried their own tubes through the jungle and they had inferior tubes. Ziplining was 5 lines through the top of the rain-forest and over a river. So beautiful and exhilarating!! I don't think there was any line where we could even see the next platform - or the ground - unbelievable views!!

  2. We just got back and did cave tubing and ziplining in Belize. It was amazing!!! We used cavetubing.bz and thought they did a great job. 5 Zip lines through the top of the rainforest and over a river.

In Roatan we visited Daniels monkeys and sloths. The monkey experience is very poor. Holding a sloth was great but that's the only reason to go there. I've been to Roatan before and monkeys were great at Gumbalimba park but they don't have a sloth there. We also spent some time at West Bay beach which was nice. Didn't zip line in Roatan but probably will next time. Enjoy your trip - we can't wait to go back!!

  3. We just got back and did cave tubing and ziplining with cavetubing.bz We had an amazing time! Informative easy walk through jungle. They carried our tubes. Tubes were very nice with bottoms and headrests. Zip lining was awesome! 5 lines through the top of the rainforest and over a river. It was exhilarating and beautiful! Staff was great. Guide even went out and found a tarantula for us to see and hold if we wanted.

  4. I did this excursion in September through Carnival. The boat ride is wonderful - about an hour each way and so beautiful. Snorkel with a few sting rays, then some nurse sharks and over the reef area. I've snorkeled several times before but did not enjoy this one at all. May have just been time of year or weather conditions but the current was strong, water visibility not great and just not a lot to see. Nurse sharks were cool but current just too strong to enjoy. They take you to a little bar on a little island for food and/or drink and then back to port. No restrooms on boat. Squeezed a bunch of people on shoulder to shoulder. Don't have to get out and snorkel - can just stay in the boat. Got back just in time to hurry to boat. No shopping time. Not a lot of shops in port anyway but might have been nice to have a few minutes. I just came back from another trip there and did cave tubing and ziplining this time through a private company and had an absolute Blast!!
