We didn't get an invite to the Concierge Lounge either in March, but we went and tried our key and it unlocked for us! It was pretty empty in there both times we went!

Ahah! - I mentioned to DH we might not have access in October and he immediately suggested we should at least try our key. Guess that's a good idea!

FYI: More than half of the Anthem sailing population were C&A members. There were a lot of gold-emeralds tier. More than 500 Ds, 52 D+ & 13 Pinnacles with the top P with 1,800+ nights.

Verbotten, as we did not get an invite. For your info we are as lowly as you. My comment was that pax went to the D lounge before the official 5pm as it is open 24 hours. These folks occupied the lounge and us lowly D+ were relegated to the bar in the MS. At least I got to play some pool. lol

Thanks for your great review! I'll be on in October and am D+ also. Did you mean D+'s weren't allowed in the Concierge Lounge? Just want to be prepared and not surprised if that's the case. If so, I wonder if your sailing just had a lot more D's and D+'s than "normal", whatever that is. :D

Make of this what you wish:

I was logged in and looking at my set sail pass when I see that my package price has changed and I now owe $300. :eek: This is the exact amount of my total resident rate discount. Like they just took it away.

Panic sets in, I call them, explain the story and get put on hold. He comes back and says it's all taken care of. I asked him if it was actually the resident rate discount that disappeared or was I crazy? He said that the person who handled the change the other day DID IT WRONG and that they were also crediting me back the $35 that I was charged for the difference in price for changing to the Balcony. He also more or less said "Don't ask" when I was trying to understand what happened.

My new confirmation has no discounts listed (no resident rate discount, no D+ balcony discount), just the original price I had paid for the Interior. LOL, this really makes them look like they don't know what they're doing! I know, I know, that's old news.:D

GOIN2C, do you think perhaps the mistake was the percentage thing they did on the discount? Think it might be worth pursuing? You know how results vary so much depending on who you get on the other end of the line!

I booked yesterday when I found a great Resident rate for Quantum and also used my D+ balcony discount. When I saw my confirmation I had to call back to ask why my resident rate discount was less than my DH's. Turns out they applied the D+ discount to my cruise fare which then resulted in a smaller resident rate discount for me because it's (drumroll, please!) a percentage! I never noticed that before but then I never used a D+ balcony discount before either. It is annoying but it was such a great price anyway. We originally booked an interior Q earlier this year and only paid a total of $35 more to get a D4! Although I originally thought it would be an almost even swap (only a difference of $1), I'm a happy camper here!:D

I got the email asking me to confirm with names but then nothing else. When I read about the phone call, it got me thinking about the cell phone call from Oregon that I didn't pick up yesterday around 7 pm, didn't leave a message...I redialed it and guess who it was - Royal Caribbean. The person who answered today seemed to have no idea but tried really hard to get my call/question answered. Also took down my details, said she would try to get my message through to the right people. She also mentioned they were going to be making more calls next week - as in weekdays perhaps? Keeping my fingers crossed that I hear back! Thanks for the responses to my question.

D+ here and think I am attending - received the email to confirm with name and name of guest. Haven't heard anything else from them. Did those who confirmed get any other email from them?Should I be nervous? Am I in? I've never attended anything like this and am very excited so am a little paranoid I won't get in. Thanks for any info y'all can offer! Okay, hope I'm doing this posting thing correctly (closes eyes and hits the post button)...
