I have been to Aruba a few times, and been diving with JADS - great if you are diving on the south side of the island. Small groups both times. 

Also been with Red Sail, very convenient if you want to dive on the west coast. Also great people.

I've always had a good time, but the vis can be not so great at times. 

hey I have used Red Sail Aruba several times, and have been very happy every time. Daughter tried a discover scuba class and enjoyed the instructors and the dive. they are located at the hyatt, so if you are staying on Palm beach, it is very convenient. They'll pick you up (no charge) if you are staying farther away.

I also want to rent a car both before the cruise and after the cruise.

I called National about a shuttle to and or from MIA, and the girl I spoke with was clueless.

I just want to make sure, from someone who has done this recently, that there is a shuttle both ways to and from Miami airport to the Port of Miami for National customers?
