We used Juneau tours July 2017 and would give them below average ranking on their whale watch tour. Other whale watch tours at the same time of day saw bubble net feeding. We did see a pod of orcas and just two distant humpback sightings. Captain spent more time flirting with the two college age female mates over the PA than he did narrating the tour. I would take a chance on another operator next time.

We used JT for a whale watching excursion last July. I would not use them again. Captain and mates displayed unprofessional behavior. I have cruised Alaska 5 times and theirs was the only tour that I have considered unsatisfactory.

Yes, they have trays at the buffett. But how will you cover the food to keep it warm???Hmmmm???

Order room service, maybe something with plate covers and then keep a cover to take to the buffet.
