  1. Oops- I meant that the beaches all were under a "no swimming"/red flag type of warning because of high swells caused by all of the storms in the U.S. the prior week. They were beautiful to look at and hopefully when you go you can swim!

Thanks for clarifying. We are just gonna be beach bums that day

  2. We just got back and had a day in Barbados- booked Glory Tours and did a 1/2 day private tour. It was very good- our guide was Charles and we went to Harrison's Cave, St. Nicolas Abbey and The George Washington House- had planned to do a beach stop but the beaches all had warnings and our guide did not recommend going there. The tour we did was way longer than the 3.5 hour that was advertised, so a very good value. You do pay entrance fees to the attractions.

Going to in June as was wondering what "the beaches all had warnings" meant

  3. We’ll be in Antigua on our 25th wedding anniversary and are looking for something romantic to do

I was thinking maybe a beach massage? Anyone every get one in Antigua? I’ve read some on Pam’s wellness Centre, but I find anything on CC message boards and I love the fact that every one here provides honest opinions.

Definitely need something on a beach to have drinks and food. Also, best place to get some English Harbour Antigua Run J

Any and all advice is appreciated. 121 days and counting

  4. We’ll going on CCL on this trip, can’t beat the itinerary.

While we've read wonderful things about Lindquist/Smithbeach no restaurant or bar makes it a no for us.

Secret Harbor was on my list but I can’t find any new reviews/ updates as to the beach, except for the resort itself.

  5. Looking for advice on a beach break. We'll be in St. Thomas this June and are looking for the best beach choice for just hanging out, getting sun with a lounge chair and umbrella, do some swimming, have some rum punches and lunch, (lunch and beverages beach side) all with the Caribbean vibe, but not SUPER packed.
