Thank you all for your comments - I guess my ‘special’ will come from inside me in the form of excitement - happy Christmas everyone. 

we are flying economy to Bali on Singapore airlines from Heathrow uk. Can we expect the flight to be special because it’s Christmas Day . 

We sail on millennium and dock(tender) overnight in Phuket Jan 13th 2024.

can anyone with experience of this port give me advice on tender process, timings of tenders  ( we arrive 7am)

and advice on timing to book independent tours

what champagne is currently available on board  - sailing on silhouette in September 

On equinox in March . Went to mixology - very very disappointed - thought it would be cocktails - it wasn’t. Not worth the money 

if you are visiting st kitts and want  an authentic personal taxi driver / guide look up Royston - have toured with him 3 times now and he is excellent. Do not book him if you want a luxurious experiance because his car ir rustic and typically carabbean. But at current rate of 40 dollars per person per day he offers an amazing day at a fantastic price. He is truely a great guy.

my family and I are planning a beach day at deduct beach but 2 want day hotel ( mystique 130$) whereas other two ( including me) just want beach day with chair and umbrella and local Caribbean food  and drinks. Is it possible for us to rent beds in front of mystique so we will at least be close to each other, I understand we go to spinnerkers  and turn left . Or is mystique a private part of the beach ? 

this site is so useful. We visit St Lucia in March and are looking for beach day . Has anyone seen or visited The Landings hotel and spa . I think it’s on Reduit beach.

are there restaurants / beach shacks ; bars readily accessible - don’t really want hotel food or bar prices .

we enjoy a glass of port with cheese and biscuits after our meal in mdr. On eclipse we were disappointed. With port that was offered. Is there a better option if we upgrade from classic to premium? 

I am sailing on equinox with my 13 year old grandson in March. Please could fellow cruisers post comments and advice on the camp at sea program. Thank you and merry Christmas to one and all 

My daughter and i went on food tour in march 2022 with Flavours of san juan.  Guide was good, food was a bit of an acquired taste but i guess it was typical; san juan faire.  Enjoyed learning about history and recent past/  I think tour was worth it

We played 6 months ago - we bought 3 cards and all were played at same time. Each card is used and then reused for second game. 

I was on silhouette  last month and was continually offered Prosecco even though I had premium package. I politely complained at guest services and then was given Cartier in restaurant. 

I upgrade because champagne is my holiday treat. Was on silhouette last month and after only being offered Chandon ( on classic package) and complaining at guest services I was offered Cartier . 
think you have to try all venues and like I did complain ( but politely) 

I’m new to princess. Sailing on enchanted in September. Does princess offer assisted disembarkation with wheel chairs like celebrity do ?

Our New England cruise docks at New York at 6 am. Without carrying our own luggage off but with adjusting our 

disembarking time slot to earliest  - what time do you think we would be clear to take taxi to our hotel.  We will need to get 

hotel (Times Square 5th avenue) to store our luggage and come back later to check in . My tour leaves from 770 7th avenue and I am trying  to work out if I can make 10 am tour. 

im not familiar with princess, or taxi times in busy New York.  
would appreaciate thoughts from more experienced cruisers.

At Alesund we too took tour with Norway excursions and agree very good company. However we did 7 hour ffiords and trolls tour and the scenery absolutely blew us away it was amazing. Tour i

offers optional meal for extra but we choose to take make our own picnic from ocean view.

altogether an amazing tour

Went to speciality dining desk outside ocean view as soon as I boarded - very nice lady made all my bookings for me and I had a good choice of times 

this will probably seem a rediculous ask BUT we sail New England in September - I see that shrimps are on Mdr menu but will I de able to request Marie Rose sauce instead of American version.  If not I will brink my own from uk

I know I can have Chandon  which is on classic drinks package but is there an alternative available on the premium package.? 

As an alternative to hoho look at landsea tours. They pick up at terminal and deliver to airport while storing luggage. Went on two of their tours last month and was very impressed 

Is anyone else having a nightmare trying to photograph their covid paperwork on the celebrity app. We are fully vaccinated and boosted and have printed 

copies within 31 days of cruise. I have done everything 3 times now and each time I get a message saying there is a problem and please redo.  What on earth am I doing wrong?
