  1. Hello, I purchased the photo package and then forgot to do anything with it on board. I don't see anything when I log-on to my account on the APP or the Site. Will I receive an email from them? I just got off the ship yesterday.

We stayed in 7730 on an 8 night sailing and never had any issues with noise. There was virtually no foot traffic and most likely because when looking thru the door from the rock climbing wall, it looks like a dead end and when coming down the hall towards the room it looks like a dead end also. There is a turn in the hall before the room that makes it look like a dead end. The room is great for aqua shows as it is a few steps away. It is also convenient to go down the two flights of stairs to the walking track to get to other places on the ship.

The room is huge for a family and the balcony is large. We would definitely book it again. No issues with noise, movement or anything else. It is a long walk to the front of the ship, but it is well worth it. If you take the elevator, be sure to take the starboard side or you will need to go up/down a floor, over, and back up/down due to the boardwalk sign. We usually take the stairs and still made the mistake many times. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Would you be able to sperate the beds in this room? I think it is an option I'm just wondering your opinion space wise.

    Thanks

  3. I have heard that Roatan gets canceled often due to wind. I ma going next week and the forecast is calling for 25 MPH winds. I was looking forward to this port. Does anyone have any idea what type of conditions it would need to be to get canceled?

We do not use hot tubs. However we use the swimming pool to do our routine swimming. It is annoying to have in the pools groups of usually big people just standing there talking for hours. We heard one passenger calling the pools in ships “hippo pools”. Those of us who just want to swim are not able to do it. Some of those standing passengers just won’t move and look to swimmers as if they are invading their own pool. I guess the swimming pools are also not free of germs because of these practice of standing for hours on the pools, using them as if it were another hot tub.

Are you wanting to swim laps? People are swimming incorrectly?

  5. I haven't been on a cruise in years and am on Harmony next month. I am taking my family of 5 and was literally just mentioning to my wife that I hope the boys don't get too attached because the same/or similar cruises for next year are over 3k more. With minimal dining add ons, drink packages, gratuities etc... the cost is insane(and I am not cheap). As someone who has cruised in the past but have been taking land vacations for the past 15 years, I just don't see a value in cruising and dealing with the lines, crowds and questionable food when you can go to fantastic resort for cheaper. Hopefully the cruise is so awesome it changes my mind. But for a family of 5 I could go to Cancun next year, and a couples trip to Vegas for the same price as most of the Oasis ships.

On our May 26th Harmony cruise I'm seeing $76.99 for Alcoholic Package.

We have three days @Sea and three at ports. I have a feeling I won't see this one get much

lower due to half the cruise will be onboard. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Now how about the $27.99 for Refreshment Package?

Is that considered about as low as one might see ? It did go down $2.00 per day.

I am on this cruise in April and am seeing $72.99

From a family of 5-tip. Some of the older ships (Liberty, for ex), have lots of cool tween-teen things to do and come in at a much lower price point. They have family Oceanview cabins (ultra spacious Oceanview) that can be a really good deal. There are some configured like a suite (usually front corner rooms, below) with a separate small bunk bed room. We have done both 5 person cabins and 2 rooms depending on the pricing.

This is the best cabin for family of 5 with young kids for the price

  8. I have 7730 booked on Harmony in April and had many of the same concerns. I found some good video reviews online and don't think it should be loud enough to keep little ones awake tucked away in those bunk beds. I think those balconies looks amazing and you can walk right out of you room and there are chairs and table too see the aqua shows.
