We have had problems unable to enter our passport information the last 2 cruises. We always have to call ncl to put our info in for us. I understand your frustration very much!

no snorkeling to be had in the Lagoon..its man made lagoon and there are no fish in there.

Just got off the escape yesterday in nyc. We opted for the 9:15 disembarkation. They called our color at 8:50 and we were off the ship and waiting for our van by 9:15

not that im aware of. We just got back today and had a villa but did not have the haven, yet was treated like the haven.

before you get saucy, keep your doubts in check because yes we were in the Farthest villas number 119. They must have just opened up the lagoon for us?😏I dont know what kind of stone you are throwing, but where the reception desk is and where our villa was, were on opposite ends of the lagoon. Even the staff complained it was too far of a walk for them to go back and forth. And thats my honest, non exaggerated advice😎

we got upgraded to the silver cove lagoon villa for our recent cruise. We DO NOT suggest it. No bar at all anywhere over there, and we had to swim across the lagoon to get to the private buffet, unless of course you wanted to walk 2 miles around the other cabanas to get there. There were waitors walking around to offer drinks, but not till the afternoon.

we always have ours ready by 120 days out. We have our current ones already printed and ready to go at 105 days out😎
-
the usual is 120 days out, thats when we always get ours available

Were getting our third small cabana this October. Price varies with each ship. We split the cost between couples so it helped with the price. Cabana service was awesome, waiters always asking if we need a drink or anything at all. We did have to walk back to the buffet, which was the only draw back. The bathrooms for cabana use only were close also.

322 days until Halloween on the Escape!

32 days until Bermuda on the Gem!:D

Wont be on the Gem until November, yet just off the Sky in January. The this we missed the most on the Sky was sea days. (I know you said no itinerary comparisons). The Sky is very plain, small. Bartenders only knew the basic cocktails. Food was ok, didn't go hungry for sure. Never went to Cagney's, sorry

We went at the end of this past January on the Sky, and we made it. Actually, our captain switched the Nassau and GSC days so we wouldn't miss it!

We were there 3 weeks ago and could not get anyone to wait on us. When we did find someone, we were told only chicken wings and fries were available. This was at around 230 am.

prices will vary by what ship you are on. We were there end of october. There were small and large cabanas, as well as studio villas, lagoon villas, and 1 and 2 bedroom villas. We were recently told that due to construction the cabanas were unavailable for our April cruise.
