Customer Service in any industry during the pandemic is going to be uneven..   Lots of people are home sheltering in place and not working.  You will get your refunds or fcc.  Anyway where are you going in such a hurry that you need this to be done now.  Patience please with whoever you deal with for a few more weeks.

Have filed insurance claims twice with Royal.  Once for death in family and once for illness.  Absolutely no problems getting refund.  Whats more important when traveling is medical evacuation.  Very expensive to get last minute air.  Insurance also covers traveling companion.  I have no sympathy for anyone not  using travel insurance.  Unless you self insure and can afford to.

Why all the fuss.  Drinks you can get anywhere,  either in DL or CL, bars  or restaurants.  What you only can get in lounges are the appetizers.  I like pigs in a blanket, meatballs, fried shrimp, meat on a stick, spring rolls, fried mushrooms, cheeses, canapes, chocolates and desserts.  I will drink elsewhere but give me my apps.

If your sitting at a lounge can you have room service delivered there.

Try this.  Get up from your seat and go in front of people taking pictures.  Then take pictures of them.  When they ask what your doing just walk away without answering.

A number of years ago there was an Austrian Chef in the Kitchen.  I asked the Head Waiter if I could get a Wiener Schnitzel.  He said he would ask the Chef.  The next night the Head Waiter brought over a plate of at least 10 Schnitzels.  I took two and asked him to pass the plate around.  They were marvelous  and everyone else who had them gave me the thumbs up.
