How did you transfer to Non? Doesn't Sky have to agree to release the booking first?

they make the change to whomever I chose and then they tell "sky" - I want nothing to do with them

I transferred my March cruise to Non and got a better price than sky -- very happy to have found her -

I will try that -- but have heard this has been done to a few people so anyone who still has a booking with them I would check to make sure you still have OBC from them

Can't believe it - but the only cruise I left with them they took away their SBC and of course I cannot reach them and celebrity cannot reach them

I have one booking with this agency, I didn't realize Lori had passed away until I started reading ths thread. Then it made sense as to why Non was not responding to my emails and it required too much effort on my part to get a response from anyone in the Sky!

I will be trying it have my res transferred from them. Does it have to go back to X or can I transfer it to a different TA?

I have also pulled my 3 cruise booking from the "sky" as I have not been able to reach them by phone for the past 2 weeks -- celebrity is aware of the problem but I do not want to deal with it anymore -- its a shame to pull down such a good travel agency but future cruises I will be looking elsewhere

We just got back from St Martin and took a tour thru Bernards tours - my husband is also in a wheelchair and can transfer -- they sat him up front with the driver and made him the co pilot - he folded the chair and put it in the back -- he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - would definitely do this tour again -- think it was tour 1 - no beach -- $40 pp

I am a little confused -- I do understand the charge for the room service enhanced menu although I am not pleased with it - but what happens if you order lunch or a snack is there an additional fee ?? Or is it only for breakfast

Is there any place outside the port to park that will take a mobility scooter to the port - there is a place in Ft Lauderdale that does and was looking for the same in Miami -

Anyone know if there is a hotel near the Miami cruise port that will give you free parking and will transfer the scooter to the port -- or is there a handicap taxi we could take

can I ask what is a ramp van -- is it like a lift on the back or a ramp to get the wheelchair in the back --

No more free parking at Miami unless you have a specially equipped vehicle

Anyone know if any of these places will take a mobility scooter on the van??

Hi - has anyone ever heard of this or used this in the past - they cover medical assistance US & Abroad - got this info from American Legion but looks like many organizations sponsor this??

We are flying to Europe in Nov on Delta and we had to have papers completed by our doctor and approved by an outside company before we are allowed to travel -- check with the airlines to see what their requirements are

Large Handicap cabin with large bathroom -- wheelchair was an issue going to and from room as there were always carts in the hallways - also many areas had slight inclines which made it difficult (Opus dining room deck 4) otherwise it was a great cabin
