I'm gonna see if we can switch to the %50 OBC for Dine Drink Discover and maybe get AAA to credit us OBC instead of the free dinner they offer. Then we can buy the Unlimited Dinning Package.

I want to plan out the specialty dinning for our upcoming cruise. We have two boys 5 and 3 so we have to plan ahead for which nights to go out without them and which nights to include.
We have an offer from AAA for one free specialty dinner. Not sure which restaurants are included in this, but we can only book it once on board.
We would like to visit:
- Central Park 150
- Izumi
- Giovanis Table
- Chops Grill
If we get the 3 night dinning package for $99/person (just the adults) and use the 1 dinning credit from AAA would this cover these restaurants and be a good buy? Central Park 150 and Izumi are a la carte. How do those work with the 3 night package? Which of these are kid friendly and have kid menus?

Does this shop provide floaties for kids? We use the chest floatie with straps in the back.

We will play it by ear depending on kids. Probably walk around but nothing too crazy or adventurous. Find a beach and play in the sand and ocean.

Closing loop - called up RCCL. Agent said they extended the survey to 11/1 and would take the last choice. No one sent an email saying this had been done and no email confirming my survey choice was very sent. Just a really bad experience with RCCL overall. I hope the cruise is far better.

Back when RCCL reversed their decision to discontinue Dine-Drink-Discover, we were grandfathered in for our Jan 2020 cruise on Allure. I did the online survey and chose the Dine-Drink-Discover instead of the $50. However, on the online cruise planner it is showing $50 credit. Do I need to call someone? I never got a confirmation email of my choice in that survey but I did screenshot the screen saying my choice of Dine-Drink-Discover was recorded.

Thank you all for your info. You have convinced us to spend time with our children on our family vacation.

You can always take the kids to the buffet before dropping them off.
What do you mean before we drop them off? We are planning to drop them in the AM. Is there a break at some point where we have to collect them or can they go all day without a break?

Hello!
We are taking out first family cruise on Allure of the Seas in January. Want to get the kids in the Aquanaut program and have some special meal times between wife and I. At home, we typically eat with the kids at 530 PM and we are looking forward to a more adult type dinner.
How does dinner work for the kids in the Aquanaut program for kids aged 5 and 3?

Most families go to a beach.
How do you get to the beaches from the cruise port?

We are taking our first family vacaiton (not visiting other people!) in January and one of our stops is in St. Thomas.
What would be some good stuff to do on the island with our kids for the day?
We will be bringing a stroller if needed and our kids can walk (slowly).
We are SUPER excited to go on this family trip and want to enjoy every minute of it as much as possible. Thanks!

We just got back from a Celebrity cruise to the Western Carribean and couldn't be more excited to book another trip to Europe!
Our preferred TA had a great offer - they were giving $190 OBC for Cat 08 and $215 OBC for Cat 07 in addition to the "123 Go!" offer. The TA online site said they would give the drink package and the gratuities + the TA OBC but we called and asked if instead of the drink package they would give the $300 OBC (since we don't really drink, at least not $300 worth) and they said yes!
So we are now booked in cabin 7102 (forward facing middle ship) for the 12 Night Venice Overnight cruise leaving on November 13th out of Barcelona :D
Anyone else sailing this cruise or have any reviews on the forward facing cabin Cat 07 on the Equinox?
We are SO excited for our first 7+ day cruise as well as our first European cruise!
