Exquisite photos. Are you using the 50 m lens by chance?

Favourite: any Oasis class ship as I absolutely love the Solarium, Beach Pool, Aqua Theatre Shows and Central Park.

Least Favourite: none

While on Harmony last year, the many of the "ceiling" sections in the Solarium were ripping, and the crew would have to cut them off as they made quite a loud flapping noise. This did not appear to be an issue on Oasis. how are they on Symphony?

We stayed at Lago Mar this past March. Absolutely loved it. Was the perfect way to begin our vacation. It is not close to shopping or stores, but the atmosphere, amenities and walk to the private beach more than make up for it. You can watch the ships sailing by as they leave the port.

Thank you for another great review and photos. Unlike you, I love the solarium on the Oasis class. I find it so peaceful, and just love getting a chair facing the ocean.

No pop up either. I only get the pop up when I turn on the iPad, that the person following has scoped.

I cannot get the sound to notify me when someone I am following is scoping. I do have my notifications turned on, and I have checked my settings. I am always having to watch the replay. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks.

Loving your pictures, writing, sense of humour, and scopes. You are helping me relive my memories from my Harmony cruise of March 11. Pre-cruise we stayed at the Lago Mar Beach Resort-- beautiful, secluded spot on the ocean, not far from the port. It's not close to restaurants, etc., as is the Embassy Suites.

What a small world! I sat in front of you with my daughter and two little granddaughters from London, Ontario. We chatted a bit with your wife. Yes, Canadians were an easy target for him. His insistence that "Yuppers" (those living in Michigan's Upper Peninsula) refer to Canada as Canadia was unusual, to say the least.

Bought Voom Surf and Stream package for one device for our March sailing on Harmony. A question: when it says one device, does that mean I am limited to using Voom on only my iPad, or can I switch between my iPhone and iPad, provided that I am using only one of those devices at a time?

I was on Nachi's website today and I did see hair braiding mentioned. You might want to contact them to see if it is still offered. I didn't see it when we were there last year, though.

I just now checked the website and found the following: "Nachi Cocom Beach Club is fully equipped with a beautiful ocean view swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, swim up bar, comfortable beach chairs, a huge palapa style restaurant, a water sports center, bathrooms, and a warm friendly staff. Massages and hair braiding are available on site for an additional charge."

I have also sent them an email to verify this.

I will be travelling with my daughter and two granddaughters (6 and 3 during cruise). We would like to get their hair braided. Is that an option on NC?
