Anyone have any ideas where Canadians can get insurance for cruise travel. Canadian government still has a void all cruise travel advisory in effect. Going on Msc Virtuosa in December. Live in Alberta

Going on Virtuosa Dec 11th in Dubai. Can't find any company that will insure me while Canadian government advises to avoid all cruise travel. Live in Alberta. Anyone have any ideas?

Just a heads up that as of October 1st  Any one residing in Canada will not be allowed on any MSC ship. This no sail for Canada will be updated on October 31st.

Has anyone sailed on the Musica out of Buenos Aires this year?

Have a question about on board currency. MSC rep told me Euros

but have just viewed a vlog that showed the bar prices in USD.

Received confirmation from MSC Casino Department that the currency is the Euro.

If this is a certificate issued by the casino it will be a bella experience. You can upgrade all the way to the Yacht Club by paying the difference. You will get the same perks as all the other cruisers for the package you upgrade to.

If you need any extra nights you just pay for the extra nights needed.

I have used a couple of these certificates and never had a problem.

If you are booked on this cruise as a non vegan try to change your booking. On the last Divina Vegan cruise non vegans were treated like second class citizens. Show venues were changed. Lounges closed for vegan meetings. Non vegans not allowed at the vegan buffet and juice bar but Vegans allowed to invade the non vegan buffet when the line on there side grew to long. Most of the Vegans were very nice people but there is always someone that spoils it buy standing at the entrance to the non vegan buffet and preaching how bad meat is for you or comments like "Vegans this way porkers that side. I love the Divina but would run like the wind to avoid another vegan cruise. It could have been much better organized by the ships staff

Planning to attend the Samba Carnaval in Feb 2020 when stopping in Rio and trying to determine where the location of the seats will be if we book parade tickets directly through MSC. We know it will be section 7, however, we would like to know where in section 7 we'd be sitting (grandstand, box or street level). Can anyone help us with this? Thanks.
