Getting ready to pull the trigger on a July 2020 cruise with Paul Gauguin. I know the alcohol is included, but is it possible to bring a special bottle or two ? We are not wine snobs, per se, but love our Central California wines and always save a special bottle for celebrations.

She wants a balcony so there was no need to go further .....
On that topic, which balcony level would you recommend?
Also--are dive trips included in the cost?

Thank you! I had no idea! That may just decide it for us!

We sailed on the Pacific Princess many many years ago from Tahiti and loved the smaller boat atmosphere and had a truly amazing time. We want to go again in July, but see that only the Windstar and the Gauguin sail during that time. On my previous trip, I relied on this forum to plan the entire trip and it really made it wonderful. So here I am again, hoping someone can guide me (again) to making smart choices. We want a balcony, love scuba diving and snorkeling, and don't mind getting dressed up for dinner. This is a special occasion trip, so willing to pay for the experience. Thank you so much!

I am sailing with HAL in June and emailed with a request for information on requesting that gluten free foods be available at our table. Received a quick response with a checklist for which foods I would like at each meal that I filled out and sent back. We'll see how it works but initially I am quite impressed with the customer service in this regard.
