Yes, everything is normal as far as the garage goes, $23/night. In May, there was a lot of construction in other areas of the port though.

Look at the video of Fantasy beaching taken on the bridge.
All Carnival officers are present but taking guidance from an Aliaga pilot, just like any port except there are only arrivals here, never departures sadly.
Then a crane lowers the Captain off the ship.
Where can I find this video? I can only find the one taken from the shore

Hi All 🙂 Trying to find a replacement cruise for my long awaited Miracle sailing out of SF. I am looking at the Panorama. I generally don't prefer larger ships, but don't want to leave the west coast. My questions are: Ocean view rooms are less $ than an ocean view-obstructed, why is this? Also, can the ocean view windows be opened?
Thanks for any answers you may have for me, and until we can cruise again, stay healthy and happy ❤️

From, the Carnival Website : May I purchase a Carnival Gift Card by phone?
No, the Carnival Gift Card cannot be purchased by phone – they can only be purchased online at carnival.ourgiftcards.com, on board Carnival Cruise Line ships as well as at approximately 9,000 retail locations.Does anyone know if we buy the cards onboard, can we use the OBC?

what rate did you book?
I believe it was the Dealer's choice. And NOW I get another $200 OBC with Carnival's Coronavirus response released today. So, I am wondering can I use my OBC to book another cruise?

THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this. I just got off the phone with Carnival. I am booked on the Miracle for May 1st and didn't think I could do anything about the price drops after my final payment date. By calling, I got a $328 OBC!!!

There are now 8 excursions listed for the Miracle. Try logging in first.
It must be for a different day, still only seeing one.

Not sure if this is the right forum, but since I am sailing Carnival on May 1st, I am starting here. The ship has a stop in San Diego, but there is only 1 excursion listed. Does anyone know if they will add more? As a solo, senior cruiser, I usually prefer ship-sponsored excursions. Thanks in advance-

Hopefully we will continue to see more SF departures. I am booked on May 1st, only 2 1/2 hr drive from home :). Less cost getting to port means more money to cruise!

The luggage porters are both in and just out front of the parking garage. Just get dropped of between the garage and the dome and you should be fine.

I haven't been on the Horizon, but one night on the Miracle I slept in the library😲. I snore and was keeping my sister from sleeping, so I curled up on the couch in the library. A staff member came in at one point and just apologized for bothering me.

Does anyone know if they show the same movies in the theater/lounge on ships that do not have the "Dive In" outdoor screen?

Here is the QM, there is an open aft deck that gets you so close to the Carnival ships docking that you can hear all the announcements! Stayed on QM last year and it was a wonderful experience!

I went there on a day pass in March and loved it! Beautiful resort and great food. When you get off the tender just walk to the "downtown" area (less than 5 min walk) and grab a cab. I don't remember the cost, so it must have been reasonable. Enjoy!

I stayed at the Hotel Current in March, I would highly recommend it as a Park and Cruise option. Very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle that takes you to the port and picks you up. While not an "upscale" hotel, it is modern, comfortable and clean. The only downside is that there are only a couple of places within walking distance to eat at. I just ate before checking in and brought snacks. Oh, they have free breakfast too!

Thank You so much! I leave in 16 days, even more excited now :)

Leaving in a couple weeks as well, thank you for sharing, and looking forward to seeing the fun times

I just booked last minute for 3/30 sailing. Your time dining was not listed as an option, early dining was wait-listed and late dining the only open choice. How can I get your time dining? I am a party of one, and dont take long to eat!!! Just an early bird (awake at 4am and in bed by 9), late dining is not going to work for me. Should I select the wait-listed early time?

I would like this too...anyone?

In case anyone is interested in a great gift card deal: I just filed my taxes with TaxAct and got a $562 gift card for $500, taken directly out of my refund! Since I can usually only cruise with my refund, this was a fantastic deal!

I have been on many solo cruises, and have only eaten in the mdr a few times. I did see the servers dancing once and really enjoyed it. I will be taking my grand daughter on the Miracle in a few weeks and would like her to experience this. Can anyone tell me is this something they do every night, only on formal nights, or just randomly? It's just a 4 day cruise and we have anytime dining if it makes a difference.
Thank you in advance-
Kathy
