Are there any "special events'" that we need to bring costumes/clothes for?

Bucket list trip: Viking from Basel to Amsterdam. Spending 4 days prior in Basel. Any suggestions as to what to do? It's overwhelming!

Also, any not to be missed things to look at on Rhine cruise? 

I am not a drinker so any Christmas type non alcoholic beverages to try in the markets?

I did get that message. However I called them because I have no interest in doing the Bahamas for 4 days for the price of the cruise I paid (I paid $1300 less for an 11 day cruise this fall!). I asked them what was happening and they said that the ban DID NOT APPLY to my upcoming cruise,ony future cruises. That they were still going to Havana on it and that I should just wait and see what happened.

Nope Their whole attitude is "wait and see" 

Just talked to NCL. Their line (for now) is that this is only effecting future cruises. My sailing was Monday June 10. I wish they would be honest.

We are coming into MIA the Sunday after Thxgiving and need safe,reliable transport to our FLL hotel near the airport. I am reading so many horror stories! Any suggestions to solve this will be deeply appreciated.

We are looking at using this company in Panama but need to know how to get there from the port. They gave us a list of drivers but we would love some input from you! Any ideas? Coming into Colon on the ship.

I lost a Georgia Bulldawg flag that was stolen on our Hawaii cruise (UGA was playing Hawaii) and several signs/pens over the years...

Looking at this cruise in June 2016 From Tokyo to Taiwan. Is there really a difference between balconies on the starboard or port sides as far as views,etc?

Does it matter which side your balcony is on? Port or Starboard? This is a once in a lifetime trip for us so any and all help is appreciated!

My Sis and I will be on this cruise. Just got off the Epic in Dec and have a few questions:

1) we had the spa pass on the E and loved it! It was @ 150 pp for the cruise,how much on the Gem? Has anyone used it and what did you think of the warming chairs,etc.

2) What kind of shows are on Gem? On the Epic there was Blue Man Group!

3) What kind of movies do they show and where are they shown on the ship? Anyone have a recent list?

Never sailed out of NYC before so looking forward to this adventure!!

I was on this sailing and while it was a bumpy rock, there was nothing that wasn't corrected. we thought it was a stablizer problem and the ship slowed down quickly. It was a one time event.

The ship is gorgeous and the entertainment is amazing. The food was good and there are many good things about this voyage.

I am driving to meet my sisters for cruise on NCL gem in Jan 2014. Will be arriving the night before. Never been to the area before...need a safe,clean place to sleep (budget is a consideration but not a restriction) ~~ would prefer with parking included but if not safe for my car there where would you recommend I park?

Last year we saw someone had strung a hammock up between poles on his balcony. Is this possible on EOS? It looked so comfortable!
