We are going on our honeymoon on 5he allure of the seas in august. We have a 1br villa at the Marriott beach place towers booked. Wealso have a deluxe king room booked at the marriott beach place towers. The rates are really good and the same. Can anyone give some pros and cons of these 2 hotels in regard more to location than anything else.

WE're in St Thomas on April 25, first time in the Caribbean. We are not planning any other ship excursions, all private, but was thinking of doing a ship one to ease the logistics as we want to do half-day only with time for shopping at the end. Options we have narrowed down to:
1) All Inclusive St. John Trunk Bay Beach & Snorkel and
2) Champagne Catamaran Sail and Snorkel to St. John
Just me and hubby; typically prefer to go places on our own and explore, not 'big crowds' type of people.
Which one would you recommend as best one? Price difference is like 10 or $15/pp so not a decision maker or breaker. Thanks for your help!
These are the exact 2 excursions we are considering for or cruise on the allure in august please let me know how the one you decide on is.

the Marriott fairfield in is near the airport and has a free airport shuttle. the rates are good (about $109/night) and there is free WiFi and breakfast. we had rooms booked there before we got a great deal on rooms at the hyatt pier 66 for the same price and decided to switch. there is a shuttle to the nearby mall with a lot of places to eat. hope this helps
