I'm sorry, I can't speak to this.  I believe the Haven Restaurant is for Haven Suite passengers only, which we were not.  The Haven Restaurant was not available to us when choosing our 4 specialty restaurants.  I would think the daily service charge would cover waitstaff in the Haven Restaurant.

We are staying in the Haven and had the same question. We choose not to take the specialty dining perk and just use the Haven restaurant.  Therefore, we will not have to pay the specialty dining service fee.

I booked an excursion on an upcoming cruise on the Escape. I was told no payment was due now it would be charged to my onboard account and that applies to all excursions. Not sure how OBC will be applied.

I called to reserve a small cabana but was concerned about the weather. I was told I could cancel 48 hours prior to arriving at GSC and not be charged. The cabanas do sell out.
