Well it looks like it is time to flood the social media page and emails with all of the D and Dplus expressing our displeasure with the situation. As I recall (which may be incorrect), at one point they took away the Balcony discounts for sailings less then 6 months. After many people voiced their displeasure regarding this loyalty perk, then the backed off of the new policy.

I agree. First we need to call and complain and then get it out on social media anytime you can! They are steering me to another cruise line. Unfortunately I am booked on 4 Royal and 2 celebrity this year. May just have to. I’ve on after that :mad:

Looking at reviews on travel agencies and Navigator is rated higher. From the videos they look very similar with the Freedom being a bit larger. Navigator is also older than Freedom, so why do people seem to like it better?

I have been on both and would highly recommend Freedom. Love Captain Holmes and his crew.

My 2nd cruise (1st one without an experienced cruiser) and I am bringing my 75 year old mother in law who is going to be very dependent on me. I booked Royal Caribbean Anthem of the Seas due to Port/Price/Dates. But now I am having panic attacks as a friend told us--OMG why would you go on such a big ship...Its going to be packed. I am so naive I didn't realize that Cruise ships vary that much...I know I should have done more homework but we are leaving in MAY!!!

I would suggest to eat in the dining room if available or some of the other smaller venues. We ate breakfast in the solarium and it wasn't crowded and lunch in other free venues. The windjammer may be overwhelming and crowded. The ship was great and not really as crowded as you think and we went during spring break! Relax and have fun.

We love the Freedom class ships the best on RCCL. I would do the Indy cruises if as Bob said you can get the same rooms. If not, the Freedom will be awesome. We're back sailing on her in a couple weeks on the same six night itinerary. I'm going to "attempt" to to blog live from Freedom as well if I can figure it all out.

We did BTB cruises and had to change rooms. They just move all your stuff for you and you can back on and to your new room right away. I love the Freedom class also.

Windstar is charging 75 per person for a 19 mile ride, give me some suggestions bus, cab other Thanks for your help

Where is your hotel located? We took a bus to termini station. From there we took a cab( or could have taken the local bus to our hotel.
