I am on UA9199 and UA9303, 2 hour layover in Frankfurt. Sept 16. Economy class. I didn’t even think to ask when booked with NCL. I booked Greece after a few cruises were canceled on us and didn’t have too much faith I guess.
I have the kn95 masks.
I appreciate all the answers. I’ll tell ya, I have learned so much through the years on this site. Honestly helps so much.
Appointments for rapid PCR tests on Tuesday afternoon, which is cool, didn’t want to leave any chances. I called our hotel Grand Hyatt Athens and they provide the PCR tests on site so that’ll be Thursday night. So pretty sure we’re covered with that. Downloaded all the recommended apps, got my PLF.
How do I figure out what gate we land in Frankfurt so I can map where we catch the final leg of our flight to Athens?
Your flights actually are United Airlines, you can pick your seats there. We did on our Lufthansa flight to Rome in October.

RATS! We are also booked for the 10/19 Joy. Can't see it available on NCL anymore, but it still shows on MyNCL account. We are at 120 days now.
Us too!!!! This is the 3rd one to be cancelled for us. #$%!

What nights were the Prime Rib nights?
-
We were just upgraded to and Aft Penthouse on the Pearl, woo hoo!!
1. What amenities do we get besides the butler?
2. What type of coffee machine is in the cabin? We like hot chocolate and not coffee and was going to try to find the pods before we leave.
TIA

Thanks for all the pictures and info. It really made the wait for this weekend go by faster!!!
Did you use the Port Valet service for your luggage?

Hope you had a great cruise, loving all the pictures. When you have time can you post the dailies from days 5, 6 and 7?

Loving the information and photos. Do you find the need for hiking/snow boots? How many layers of clothes? Cell phone connection in US ports? TIA

I am on the May 10th cruise which means I now get to fly to Miami and see her and enjoy her for 3 more days than you.
I only wish I had joined the roll call but it is too late now.
I think you can still join, I had people adding to mine in February 2 days before we cruised.

Love the EXTREMELY HELPFUL info you 've taken the time to post! Thank You!
Any chance you can post a pic of the Room Service Menu before you disembark?
SingleCruiser posted it on his thread.

Well, it must be here since I got my sailing lashes:
Somehow by minor miracle, I managed to get all of my stuff in here:
After this trip I have to retire that rolly bag. It’s got straps for a reason.
And now I sleep. Gotta get up in less than 4 hours to go to the airport. Catch you in Seattle.

Love the lashes, how did you do it?
The packing is amazing, no way we will be able to do that!!! Can't wait for your posts, we are on May 20th :ship: :tropical-drink:

I think I am totally done shopping for the trip, although I’ve said that for about 3 weeks now.
Last night I bought my gift exchange gift, and printed out my edocs, amenity invoice, and some stuff for the meet and greet. I have a few more things to print.
I thought that a miracle happened and I was somehow able to fit everything in my big rollybag and a backpack, but the rollybag is almost full and I can’t imagine everything else fitting in my backpack, but we will see.

Hi, I sent you a friend request. I am on the May 20 cruise and I am organizing the Meet & Greet. Wanted to ask some questions about it.

I just spent way-too-long updating the Roll Call from all the room upgrades awarded through the bidding process over the past 36 hours.
We’re packing up and heading to the gate shortly. I still haven’t had a beer, and that needs to change.
That's an awesome looking spreadsheet, care to share the template? Go get a pint or two to tide you over until you get to the District!!!

Search Amazon for No Hangover Patch, it works great. 1 patch lasts 3 days and is waterproof. We are not big drinkers unless on a cruise, love the UDP!!. Never had any issues.
We are now past the great shoppcalypse of this spring, I think. I tend to get shoppy in April and before vacations and since this time they were combined, well, these are the new things I bought to take on the cruise ranging from useful to ridic:Binoculars
A sleeping mask that is also headphones
A travel essential oil sprayer
A gimbal
More ebooks than I have read in 5 years
A new coat that isn’t my fancy pretty coat but isn’t covered in questionable funk from abandoned houses
6 extra camera batteries
A 300mm lens
A bigger better battery backup
Lots of travel sized toiletries
4 new pairs of shoes
2 new skirts
A new dress
6 new pairs of underwear
7 new pairs of socks
An electronic candle
A new thing to carry my toiletries in
Tweezers
A fold up rain coat
Some things that fizz in the shower and make you feel better when hungover
Some other hangover crap
A straw shaped like my name
I am always a last minute packer but I couldn’t help but start today.... filled the packing cubes with underwear, dresses, belts, hats, gloves, and pajamas. I can start packing toiletries tomorrow when my toiletry holder arrives.
I leave in 2 weeks and 6 hours.

Hi im looking for the same thing!! It seems that trip Advisor uses Viator for all its bookings and you don't find out thr actual vendor until you book.
Haven't had good luck with Viator in the past.
Any suggestions for actual tour companies?
Thank you!
I am looking at cityunscripted.com and getyourguide.com. Good luck.

Maybe they were just going to crash there for the night?
We really need a (y) on this forum!!!!!

I am thankful to Charry on the March 10 Escape. She was very nice to us and for doing all the work for the meet and mingle . Thanks to Charry and Deepak! I recommend going on the Escape.
Cheers, Diane

YES, Charry and Deepak were awesome on our Feb 24 Escape. Went out of her way to make sure we were happy.

Did you look at the NCL shore excursions? Typically they offer something like what you're looking for.
We did this kind of thing coming off the POA in Honolulu with a 5:30 pm flight to mainland. City tour including Pearl Harbor stop, then drop off at the airport in plenty of time for our flight.
Must be something similar for Seattle?
They only have one that is only 3 hours.

I would also post this on the West Coast Departures Board:
https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=-1&f=413
A ships tour would get you to the airport too early.
Have you also checked out tours on Trip Advisor.
Keith
Thanks, Keith, I have looked at Trip Advisor and have some options there.

Here is how to print luggage tags for Princess.....
in Princess Cruises

Finding them was very easy, printing them not so much. They print short and fat instead of long and skinny. I don't think they will even wrap around my handle??
Any ideas on how to print the correct way. I have tried changing the print settings with no luck.
