I need help with ideas on how to surprise my kids with a cruise for Christmas. We are going on Harmony of the Seas leaving January 26th and this will be the kids Christmas present. Does anyone have any great ideas? Their ages are 15, 13 and 10. We've never given our kids a trip for Christmas so we want to make it super clever and fun. 

Does this ship have the freestyle soda machines yet? They are so nice and convenient.

I am so happy I found this thread. I have spend the last couple of hours reading the original thread and now this one. I am blown away by the generosity of this group, especially Marie. What an incredible, selfless woman. I just booked a cruise for April and I would love to be considered for a gown. Is there some secret to obtaining one of the coveted dresses? haha

I am trying to edit my dining/entertainment for next month. I can access my cruise information but when I click on dining nothing happens. Is something wrong with the website? I also tried to go into my meet and mingle information and nothing comes up either.

So I have 72 days until my RCL Oasis cruise. I have never had a floppy sun hat and want one. The problem is every time I try one on it doesn't quite fit on my big head. Is there any sun hats that are adjustable and still cute, or made for bigger heads?

If a cp balcony drops in price I will jump at that. What about a boardwalk balcony are those just as nice as a cp balcony (view wise)? I think I picked cp view because I wanted mid ship (I get bad motion sickness).

So I am currently booked in an central park view room (not a balcony) on deck 9, but just saw that for $20 more I can get an ocean view room but it's on deck 3. Since this is our first cruise I don't know if this is a good deal, and if I want to move to deck 3. It's not until Oct. 2015 so should I wait, book new room or just keep current room?

So I just booked a cruise for next October 2015 with a TA for the Oasis. We got an interior room with a window overlooking Central Park. Our total came to $1700, this doesn't include gratuities. We also got $100 OBC. Since this is our first cruise I have nothing to compare it too. This was with the BOGOHO sale. Is this a good deal?

I am the worst!! We just booked the oasis for October 2015! It's so far away and yet I am on cc every day searching for every detail. This is our first cruise so I am slightly, okay extremely obsessed. I am now a walking wiki for the cruise ship. I am worried I'll run out of stuff to read and research. I think planning is half of the trip.

Okay so if I did get a really bad room steward what are my options if I have prepaid?? I paid through a TA so how do they even refund it? Or if I chose to do cash how does that work?

Okay so I am brand new to cruising and am planning our first one for January. My husband 3 kids and myself are in one room. I prepaid our tips (not knowing any different). So now my cruise is paid in full how do people cancel tips? They can't hand you back x amount back in cash or credit you back can they?

I think the option shouldn't even be there. Tipping shouldn't be an option!!
