I wonder if Vantage even still has an office in that building (90 Canal St)? Maybe they moved/are moving and they don’t want anyone to know? That might explain the no phone or website. Maybe.

Has anyone tried contacting Princess today? I just tried calling (800) 774-6237 and (866) 335-6379 and got a strange recording "the owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages".
Tried a few times. Anyone else experienced this?

I'd be curious to know how many posters have actually be able to apply the
certificates to their deposit, by sending them in with final payment and receiving a credit back on their credit card?
Because we are booking an 8-night cruise our deposit is $800 (for two people). I will have enough certificates to cover the total cost of the
cruise (about $1700) would hate to miss out on getting the $800 deposit covered.

Just in case anyone on this thread is unaware - a Facebook page has been started entitled “ Vantage Deluxe World Travel Complaints Page - Refunds Trip Cancellations etc”. Sorry, don’t know how to post a link, but you can do a search for it. It provides a pretty clear picture of just how bad things are at Vantage.
