we sail on the Grand every Christmas. Santa arrives by helicopter. You can hear it over load speakers.

Been on the Grand 10 times in the last few years. NO CERAMICS PROGRAM.

We sailed Oct. 15th and had elite on our tags.

We had hot and cold on the Grand this week.

I work at the pier. The Star will be at pier 35 which is next to pier 39.

I've sailed on the Grand 8 times in the last 4 years never saw shabby furniture in the cabin. don't believe everthing you read.

I was having trouble so I go through google and it works fine.

Sailed on the grand 8 times. 2 last year. Have 3 booked this year. It's my favorite because they took sky walkers off. Love the 1/5 that replaced it. Friends just got off the New Years cruise. Said they did allot of work in dry dock. Don't believe all the complainers. There usually people you can never satisfy.

Don't understand this post. I've never had a problem with my princess card. Just used my points again for Christmas cruise.

If it's the one we used. we put our luggage the last night before Fort Lauderdale and it was at the San Francisco airport when we got there. No Problems.

Gee a photo of the new canal would have been nice.

There is a parking garage right across the street from pier 27 on Lombard St.

get a life. Go by plane and see what real delays are!!

I read once that if the ship leaves the pier and then moves back they have to repay all port docking charge

just off the grand last week. 6th cruise on it. It's find, great food, great service. Don't know.who wrote the fair or bad reviews.guaranteed they are chronic complainers. You have nothing to worry about. I'm going back on in Sept.

The Captain of the Grand is Fabrizio Maresce. I was on the 4/2 sailing to Hawaii. He's a realy friendly guy. The CD Dan will be leaving soon. don't know who will replace him. The Dinning room is open on embark. day. It's on deck 6. The Botticelli.

The Grand is in good shape. Was on for Xmas saw nothing wrong. Will be on again in April.I don't understand what people expect or why they believe these chronic complainers.

They have one on the Grand. They did away with half the wine bar.

I'm one of those seniors. I'm sorry I made it rain. I'm sorry I made the wind move the ship which damages the gangway. I'm sorry because of me the custom guy had to go on the ship to process the 850 people who couldn't get off because of the gangway problem. This took extra time. We can't board passengers until customs clears the ship. That happened at 2:00.

So I guess if they had younger people working none of this would have happened. There was a table with all the water you could want.
